I have been hiring this company for several years to do my backflow tests in my businesses and I have never had any problems. I was attended by a very kind woman but this year I was attended by a man who made me feel discriminated against for the reason that he did not want to give me the service with the reason that they did not do that and I tried to go to the office to talk to someone and he did not want to give me the address since it is not correct on google maps or at least I went and could not find them he was rude and discriminatory and it is a pity because I consider that it is a good company and this worker is giving him a bad reputation he said he was the manager this happened on 04-19-23 4:45pm

Overly priced and rude man on the phone

First off, I'd like to start out with saying that these guys are punctual, professional, and do a very good job. The owner made a special trip out to my house with his two plumbers because the problem I described to him over the phone just didn't seem right and he wanted to make sure the job got done correctly. That was pretty cool. When the problem turned out to be way more minor than initially anticipated, the owner left and the two plumbers stayed and fixed the problem. The plumbers did a great job, they were clean, and they were nice. Here's my problem: the cost. If it's true that you get what you pay for, then I now have the absolute very best hot/cold washer connectors on the planet. The cost to replace the hot/cold nozzles with about one foot of copper was $455. The Labor was $225 for the first guy and $99 for the second. TOTAL TIME: 1 hour and 5 minutes. Parts were $100 with a $22.50 supply charge. Again, I want to say they did a great job. I just think I was overcharged by about $200. So, if you've got the money, GO FOR IT! These are really great guys. But if you're on a budget like me, there are plenty of other guys out there that will give you the same work for less money.

We were one of the many houses with busted pipes during the recent freeze. We were disparate and needed help right away. We called Delta 1 Plumbing and the lady who answered the phone was courteous and polite and assured us someone would be here the next day. Beaudy was a godsend and arrived on time. He quickly found and repaired the leak before any more damage occurred. He explained what had happened and what was needed to repair it.He did an amazing job and we are forever grateful.! We will use Delta 1 Plumbing for all our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Patrick & John communicated succinctly, set realistic expectations, performed the work in a expeditious time frame and were a pleasure to have on site. I would recommend them again to anyone with a plumbing issue. Pricing was fair and work was excellent. Thanks gentlemen for helping us resolve our plumbing issues.

Driver in a company pickup truck was driving recklessly in a parking lot, swerving in and around vehicles by gas pumps then failed to stop exiting the lot diving across several lanes without signal. Right as school was letting out. Couldn’t get truck number, barely caught the company info.
