A client of mine who buying a home used them for a sewer lateral scope and they did a great job. I have had tons of rentals and worked with a lot of contractors and technicians. This was as quick and well-done as you could hope for. They identified a crack, were able to fully explain the three different materials on different stretches of the sewer line, and even marked the path it took out of the house.
I am very pleased by the excellent service received from Delco Storm & Sewer Services demonstrated by one of their plumbers, Jim. He completely resolved my clogged sewer line issue, thereby saving me thousands of dollars other well-known companies advised I would have to spend. Thanks again for doing such a splendid job.
Brandon and Frank ripped up part of my driveway, replaced the sewer line, and came back when weather permitted to redo the concrete that had to be ripped up. They were extremely communicative, professional, respectful, and great to work with. They made sure I understood what they were doing before they did the work & answered my questions with clear explanations. They were contracted by my usual plumber (SILA) and I wish I had known about them and contacted them directly.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was so bad and unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others. I hired them for a standard sewer lateral inspection. The sewer was flowing with no backup, yet the manager(who was nearly impossible to get ahold of) insisted the inspection would automatically fail unless I added another fee of $975 for jetting first, even though jetting is NOT a required step for a camera inspection and the line was clearly draining with tenants living in the property. When I questioned this, the manager became extremely rude and nasty and refused to provide a normal inspection report, stated he would “fail it either way,” and hung up on me. This wasn’t a recommendation, it was an ultimatum. To check whether this was legitimate, I hired a different township-approved plumber the same day. They scoped the line without jetting, submitted the report, and township accepted it with no issue at all. That tells you everything — the first company attempted to push nearly $1,000 in unnecessary work, then retaliated when I didn’t agree. In my opinion, this was aggressive upselling, coercive tactics, and unprofessional communication. I strongly suggest using another plumber, especially for township inspections. I will never work with this company again.
Brandon and his team were great. They replaced our old sewer line that ran from the house to the public sewer with very minimal disruption to the property. We were able to keep our front lawn intact.
