Jordan was INCREDIBLE! He was able to help me out on a Friday afternoon when no-one else could or would and then went out of his way to be extremely flexible with timing of the repair and also made it a point to not repair things that did not have to be (so we wouldn't have to pay needlessly more). His professionalism, customer service, expertise, and communication are all truly 5 star. I have definitely found a plumber for life! Thanks Jordan!!

If I could leave Jordan and Defense Plumbing a ten-star review, I would. Jordan is quick to respond, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. My husband and I have contracted Jordan for several plumbing projects over the last few years and we are amazed at the workmanship and quality of service every time. If you are searching for a plumber, look no further! Defense Plumbing is the best of the best!

Jordan from Defense Plumbing was the guy I spoke to the phone and also the guy that showed up the next morning to give me a quote. After calling a couple of other plumber groups in Denver and getting routed through some sort of switchboard/call back service, being able to talk to the person who also shows up was great. Jordan showed up promptly; was thorough in assessment and helpful with my queries.

I scheduled Defense Plumbing, through thumbtack.com, to fix a number of things that were wrong with an investment property I ended up with. The first item was to fix a leaking shower valve. When the water was shut off it still dripped. Patrick came out and had a list of recommendations to fix the leaking shower valve. The price would be $3100. I calmly told him he was insane. I went to home depot, bought a price pfister repair kit for $63 and fixed it myself. I won't be calling Defense Plumbing again. This is definitely not the company you want if you are an investor.

Jordan is the absolute best! It’s so reassuring to have a plumber that you can trust 100%. Over the years Jordan has installed 3 toilets and a hot water heater for us and done an excellent job. Most recently, we had a broken hose vacuum for our outside faucet so I called to have him come take a look. Instead of immediately trying to replace the whole thing, Jordan went above and beyond to try to find the inexpensive replacement part that we were having trouble finding on our own since our house was built almost 25 years ago. With some trial and error Jordan was able to find a replacement part. We were charged for labor and a 60 day guarantee if the part fails. Jordan said he would come back and replace the faucet and put the labor charge towards that. If you are in the market for an honest reliable plumber Defense Plumbing is where it’s at! Update November 2024: Jordan continues to exceed my expectations. Every time I need him he is able to come out and get the job done quickly and efficiently. We had a washing machine mishap over the summer and had a lingering leak I couldn’t figure out. Jordan came out and saved the day once again. He replaced the washing machine valve after quickly finding the source of the leak. I called him again recently to replace the stop valve on my toilet and as always he came right on time and got the job done! Thank you!

I enjoyed the entire experience!!! That booking was easy and for them to come and look at my problem was FREE. They texted me a couple days prior to remind me and sent a photo of the man that would be doing the job. I needed 2 sinks replaced and 2 faucets. I knew how to do it but I just didn’t have time. When he got there and quoted me the price I felt like it was a tad bit much but he said I could watch him do one and then I could do the other. I appreciated the offer but I told him, I knew how I just didn’t have the time. So we went ahead with his service. I didn’t have the sinks on hand so I had to run to Home Depot. He wasn’t sure if he was going to have time to do both sinks in my current appointment especially since I had to run to the store. So, I went to the store got the sinks and the faucets. When I got back home and he realized that I got the wrong sinks. He waited while I went BACK to the store to get the right sinks. He booked my appointment for the next day just in case but he worked really quickly so that he was able to get both sinks installed in one appointment. I did a check over once he was done and I WAS VERY PLEASED! No complaints here! Great job Patrick!

I have had service from Jordan in the past when I lived in Littleton. At least 4-5 different reasons for hiring his company back then. INow I live in Lakewood and one of the first things I did was call Jordan for a general maintenance visit. Jordan is extremely professional, very skilled, and he took the time to explain everything he was suggesting and was sensitive to the cost involved, which was more than reasonable. I will continue to use him and highly recommend him to anyone considering a plumbing need.

I had great experience with Jordan, he answered the phone (no dispatch service middleman involved) and was able to review the issue based on pictures I sent him. He was able to come the next day to assess the extent of the repair and to fix it the next day. He was very professional and helpful. He also tried less costly solution first which saved me significant amount of money. I will recommend him and Defense Plumbing from now on.

Jordan is always so informative. He is very responsive and offers reasonable rates. He works with his clients and give them various options to consider that will work for their plumbing project. He is able to correct plumbing jobs that other have done incorrectly, and complete jobs that other have not completed. He does all this with a smile on his face and without breaking your bank! He is the SUPER PLUMBER !!

Jordan was great. Excellent communication, respectful and got several jobs done quickly. He's high energy and is clearly doing what he loves. (Also my dog was cool with him-that tells me something) Defense gave us free estimates and was able to book our service quickly. Very competitive pricing---we got a LOT of estimates and Defense was the lowest. Very happy with the work that was done. 👍

We have called Defense Plumbing twice before and had no qualms about calling them this time. Jordan was prompt, understood the multi-part task, and quickly set about fixing the leak. He’s a pleasant man and can give and take a joke while never losing sight of what needs to be done. We’re comfortable having Jordan in our house and will call Defense Plumbing again when needed.

4:30 Sunday afternoon, the main house water shutoff valve failed and started leaking. Jordan (Defense Plumbing) picked up after 2 rings, and next thing I knew he was on his way. Prompt, friendly, and efficient. It took him all of 15 minutes to cut out the old valve and install a new one. We had our water back in time for dinner. I couldn't have asked for better service!

This is my second time working with Defense Plumbing. I had contacted Jordan over the weekend on short notice, and he promptly scheduled a visit for Monday morning. He arrived on time, efficiently diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair within a couple of hours. I continue to be impressed by his professionalism and reliability. We are so glad we found Defense Plumbing! Jordan is awesome. Our shower had an annoying leak - Jordan fixed it. The first thing we tried didn’t work - Jordan was super responsive and came back right away to fix the issue without additional charge, and now it’s totally fixed. We are super grateful. We have used Defense Plumbing for a couple pluming needs now and we have been impressed both times. Friendly, honest and has fair pricing. Jordan helped us trouble shoot, followed up and asked how our water heater was working later that day. Overall, I highly recommend Defense Plumbing and will most definitely use them for further plumbing needs.
