We had a major repair that needed to be done and Eli came out to give me an estimate. He arrived exactly when promised and made a very thorough assessment of the situation. They were able to come back the very next day and do the work! His entire crew was very respectful and professional and arrived on time. The work was completed and we were up and running with minimal disruption. We were expecting company for the holidays and it was a Christmas miracle that Dee-Rooter plumbing was able to do the job so quickly. Everyone I dealt with from the guys digging the trench, to Mindy in the office, was friendly, professional and polite. I cannot express how grateful we are to everyone and we will not hesitate to call Dee-Rooter for any further plumbing issues.

Eli came out quickly and on short notice. He is incredibly friendly and professional. He fixed our shower as fast as possible and charged the most reasonable price in town. HIGHLY recommend, we will continue to only use them for any and all plumbing needs. It was a pleasure working with Eli.

Had an issue with my shower on the day after Thanksgiving. Was fortunate to find these guys after being either turned down because there were NO appointments or told it would be after hours or weekend rates. The receptionist was very kind and told me she would have someone there in an hour. Eli was the person who arrived and i explained to him that i was really hoping the repair wouldnt be too pricey and the first thing he told me is he would do whatever he could to help me out on the price ans he called his supervisor and immediately got me a discounted rate. He was able to pick up the part and repair it in around 90 minutes. Very kind gentleman, very polite, efficient and was even kind to my dog. I would definitely recommend these guys. Fair, honest and decent which is what all businesses should be. Ask for Eli, he does great work.

Had a leak in a pipe leading from water main to the house. Flooded front yard. Decided to get it fixed immediately, which meant an after hours service call. I chose this company based off their consistent 5 star Google reviews. The after hours service fee was $70 cheaper for this company than another well-reviewed company I called. The shop for Dee-Rooter told me a plumber would be out in 45 minutes. Rich called me a few minutes later and told me he was 10 minutes out. Got there at about the 30 minute mark. Dug for a few minutes to find the issue. Discovered a substandard set of connections from when the system was partially updated (house was built in the 60’s). Because of this, he did have to leave for a few minutes to get uncommon parts he didn’t have on the van. Rich returned and continued working prone on the ground until almost 11 pm. When he tried to pressure test the repair, it was discovered the connections weren’t holding due to the level of corrosion on the galvanized pipes. An additional leak was found as well. The decision was made to regroup and return in the morning with a second plumber. Rich returned around 9:30 when he said he would. Chris arrived shortly after. The additional work for the newly-discovered leaks could have doubled the price, but the additional cost was very reasonable. Chris demonstrated expertise and explained what they were doing and why as well as things to look out for in the future. After seeing the scope of the additional repairs, Chris agreed with Rich’s assessment the night before that the additional repair work was unsuitable for a nighttime call. Both Chris and Rich were very pleasant. While the price was initially a shock (I’m not used to plumbing repair costs), by the end of the job I was happy to pay for a job well done. Chris previously replaced a water heater at our home and that job was equally reasonable and Chris was amazing on that call as well. If I have a plumbing issue in the future, this is who I’m calling.

I highly recommend Dee-Rooter for all your plumbing needs! Our builder’s plumber miss-piped our pipes to our hot water heater. We’ve been through several plumbers, all of which wanted to charge a lot (we even got quotes for $2-3k) but it wouldn’t have actually fixed the problem. When Eli from Dee-Rooter came out to take a look, we immediately knew we were going with him and Dee-Rooter. Eli was very knowledgeable and patient answering all of our questions. He explained exactly what they needed to do and was upfront about how much it would cost, which we thought was a very fair price (under $900)! Eli, Chris, and Chris’s apprentice, came another day and fixed it. They were all very kind and extremely knowledgeable, but most importantly very honest. Other plumbers we’ve tried told us many things, which ended up not being true. Dee-Rooter didn’t recommend things that didn’t need to be done. Highly recommend Eli and Dee-Rooter if you need a plumber! They’re great!
