AMAZING JOB and HONEST! I had another plumber come out that tried to really scam me. Advised a much larger job with huge price. I decided to get a second opinion. Skylar came out. He was honest giving me options and explaining everything along the way. He was quick and fair priced very polite very professional definitely recommend!

Water heater died and 1st company said they could come in 4 days and a new heater may cost $3000. Called Dear Plummer and he came same day and had to evaluate and do one physical repair. Had to dry everything out and following Skyler’s instructions the heater worked by next morning. One hour and $100 so how happy do you think I am? Oh, and Skyler and his assistant were very pleasant to work with, and they will be the first I’ll call in the future.

Today, I had the pleasure of getting a brand new sink and faucet installed in my kitchen by Skylar from Dear Plumber. He arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and very professional, with great attention to detail. My old sink was extremely heavy and quite difficult to get out, but he did a fantastic job of doing so, making sure that everything was handled with care. It was a lot of work, but he gotc my beautiful new faucet and sink installed in no time. In fact, there was a very small piece missing from the sink hardware box and he left and drove to Home Depot and bought one for me so my sink would be complete. I can’t say enough about what a great job he did. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. I added before and after pictures so you can see the big difference.

My best friend's kitchen sink needed to be replaced. She called Dear Plumber LLC and Skylar came out to take the measurements & schedule a day to install the new one. Skylar was respectful professional and didn't hesitate to answer questions that we asked. Her original sink was made out of cast iron which meant he had to be really careful getting it out of there. There was one small piece that was missing from the box. He found the piece, showed us where it went and caulked it. Skylar was meticulous about cleaning up as he went along. Honestly, Dear Plumber exceeded Kathy's expectations. I will recommend Skylar to everyone I know.

Had a great experience with Dear Plumber. He replaced both of my water heaters and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent, he kept me informed every step of the way and took the time to walk me through different installation options and recommendations so I could make the best decision. Skylar has been nothing but professional and prompt seeing to our needs. A home built in th 20's and needed a water heater. He had to make things work in the small area it was installed in. Above and beyond and fair price. Our primary home, our tankless water heater went out during covid. Skylar searched abd searched for a heater for us. Within less that a week, one was installed. Once again a very fair price. We were selling our primary home, and after inspection, the now owners wanted sone plumbing done. Skylar to the rescue. We recommend Dear Plumber. Skyler was fantastic. We wanted to install a whole home filter and softener but knew what we wanted and purchased on our own. He was quick to respond and did a great job with installation. And his install price was at the low end of what we were expecting which is a pleasant surprise. Skyler was friendly, professional and no pressure with upsells as seems to be the annoying norm. Skylar is a really nice guy and did a good job; but he prices by the job rather than hourly. He gave me a fixed price beforehand of $511 and I agreed with it. But it only took a hour and five minutes. That’s more than my lawyer or accountant charge by the hour and three times what car dealers charge for mechanics. I just didn’t feel good about it in the end. It made me feel like I made a bad decision.

Skyler is so awesome! He’s helped me with a few faucet replacements around my house and completely saved the day when I had a pipe burst. He was here within 45 minutes of my call and went above and beyond by not only fixing the pipe, but also insulating it for me to prevent future issues. He will always be my first call for plumbing issues! I highly recommend his services.

We had three plumbers attempt to install a wall-mounted toilet in our guest bath unsuccessfully. One even suggested we tear down the wall to install from scratch and STILL didn't manage to secure it properly. Skylar came out yesterday and in 2-3 hours handled the job. Courteous and honest – we will call him again should we have any future plumbing needs.

We had an old rusted pipe outside that suddenly gave out. I was referred to Skylar by a friend and I was not disappointed. He was able to come the next day, on time I might add and got it fixed for us. His communication was clear and the price was not insane. So glad to find someone of this caliber for plumbing needs.

Skylar has helped me out twice with plumbing issues. Once when I needed a hot water heater replaced and again when I had a leak at the water meter. He is very responsive and his prices are fair. He didn’t even charge me for looking at the leak, which ended up being the water company’s responsibility.

Dear plumbing was an absolute breeze to work with. I’m always a little worried when dealing with someone new related to home repairs, you just never know.. but Skylar was a true Pro -grounded, respectful & thorough. No BS just honest answers. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing issues.

Skyler came and installed a new pressure valve by our water meter. Not only was he 2/3rds less than other estimates, he was so pleasant to deal with. Skylar always answered his phone and showed up early for the job. He is honest and I will use him for any plumbing job I have from now on.
