Dean's Plumbing

I had a leaky basement and decided to give Dean’s Plumbing a shot. They have great reviews and can handle just about any type of plumbing issue. I had a technician out two hours later to assess the clogged water main as well as an undersize drainage sink. Dartanian the technician, was very professional and gave me several options. The work was completed that day. I will definitely use them again. Update: Another property had similar problems as well as leaky toilets and faucet. Levi J came out within the hour and fixed everything. Another great response with great work.

Dean’s Plumbing is our go-to plumber, and once again they did not disappoint. They’re always friendly when you call and quick to send someone out, which we really appreciate. We had a repair done last week but were still experiencing issues. When we called, they sent Bryant to take a look — and we’re so glad they did. He was kind, professional, and efficient. He properly diagnosed the problem and made sure it was fully fixed. What really stood out was their fairness and integrity. Since we had already paid for the initial repair and it didn’t resolve the issue, they didn’t charge us again for the follow-up. That kind of accountability is rare. Highly recommend Dean’s Plumbing — and Bryant in particular!

Cannot say enough great things about my experience with Dean’s Plumbing! Levi Javins was phenomenal. He did a thorough job analyzing the problem and went above and beyond with the customer service. He explained the issue, answered all my questions, provided the price upfront, fixed it completely and even cleaned up the area before he left. 10/10!

Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday, of course. A friend has used Dean's many times so we looked online and were able to book an appointment for first thing Monday (we had a slow leak and thought we could manage it until regular hours). They called for info and were here within an hour Monday morning. We were pleased with their thorough investigation to get to the root issue. When I filled out the service request online they called me back within 10 minutes! They were prompt, thorough, and did a GREAT job fixing a leak around our toilet while replacing it with a nice one piece! I would highly recommend Dean's to anyone needing quality plumbing work done!
