Sam came out, identified the problem, and advised us to check with the HOA or water department first since they might be responsible for the repair. We really appreciated his honesty and helpful guidance instead of immediately pushing for the work. Great service and professionalism.

Our older water heater broke unexpectedly, and Dean Heating and Plumbing did a great job installing our new tankless water heater. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was installed correctly. They also checked other water valves and connections to ensure everything was working properly. They installed my HVAC and tankless water heater, and the installation was smooth and top-notch. Dean’s Plumbing has very good people. I have met 4 or 5 of them at different times. They are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about their work. Today Chris came and made some pipe adjustments to our new kitchen sink, plus cleared out a clog that apparently was further down the line. Chris took the time to explain the details. He took me to the basement and showed me where the pipe runs through and where it goes out to the main. He was very confident in his work and guaranteed that the pipe would be clear. The pipe adjustments he made were also very good and he demonstrated how it works. Great job Chris and thank you. Also a special thanks to Moody who has coordinated with me via text.
