Had an ejection pump failure for our waste system in the basement. Hard to find people who know how to repair these properly. Luckily Ron works for DBS. He had worked on our system before for a different plumber. He diagnosed the problem thoroughly and found a bad float. He had the parts on the truck and tested the whole system multiple times before he left. He also fixed it pretty quick and explained the whole process. Also the price was way less than I anticipated. 5 stars for Ron and DBS.

Ron, the plumber, was replacing the faucet in my home. When the deck plate was not flush with the sink, he showed me the issue and explained why the deck plate was not flush. Fortunately, I had purchased 2 faucets and he was able to install the other faucet. I appreciated Ron’s honesty in describing the problem with the deck plate and his insight on his recommendations to try the other faucet. Sincerely, Kathy Turner

DSB sent a plumber name Cameron to our house to repair a burst pipe and toilet. He was amazing. He explained pricing, what he had to do, and just was personable. Did not over charge us and was quick. Highly recommend them.

The bid process was thorough and the quote was very detailed with pricing. The work was scheduled and the workers arrived on time and they had the job finished in a timely manner. The job was left clean and the work quality was spectacular. Although I hope to never need a plumber again, DBS will be my first call if I do.
