Exceptional residential electric service was provided. I was referred by my builder to DJ. Electricians came on time, worked cleaned, and successfully installed per my request the same day. Dave Jones has been an absolute pleasure to work with. It doesn’t take long to get on their schedule. They’re timely, responsive, and super well-knowledgeable no matter the situation. They’ve been able to help us with everything from installing new electrical outlets in our basement, to various plumbing repairs, and general maintenance and care of our HVAC systems. The service technician who came braved extremely snowy conditions to make sure we got our heat back on. He was knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes. He had the needed parts in stock on his vehicle and had our furnace working within 20 mins. He also made sure to check other parts of the furnace to make sure they were in good repair before leaving. I am very impressed.

After gathering 3 separate estimates for a new furnace, I ultimately ended up using Dave Jones to complete the job. Pricing was reasonable and everyone I interacted with was professional.
