When we discovered a leak, he came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and immediately put a plan in place. The leak unfortunately led to mold, and Derrick didn’t skip a beat — he coordinated with water restoration professionals the very next day to make sure everything was handled properly and safely. I’m currently pregnant and on a strict timeline, and he went out of his way to prioritize our project and make sure everything stayed on schedule. That level of care and consideration meant so much to us. This isn’t my first time working with Derrick and his team. As an interior designer, I’ve trusted Dam Plumbing with client projects, and they consistently exceed expectations. They finish on time (often ahead of schedule), communicate clearly, and are always fair and honest and the best part is you know what you're getting every single time (which is the best quality of work). Dam Plumbing exceeded expectations. They came out on Thanksgiving for us after our toddler flushed a pool ball down the toilet. Professional, responsive, and efficient. I had a clog that backed up my kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine for 3 weeks and flooded my kitchen twice. Dam Plumbing did limited investigation, showed up w wrong parts, and failed to unclog my entire kitchen over 3 visits. I paid a deposit of $375 and they tried to scam me out of several thousand $, wanting to dig a 10 ft hole in my yard. They never checked the roof vents to try to snake from there. I asked several times if they would camera scope the system to diagnose the problem & they refused. Just wanted me to pay $3500 to dig a hole to access the sewer externally. Their "quote" was 2 sentences long and provided no explanation or details. Basically just, "trust me bro." I called for a 2nd opinion & they were at my house w/in a half hour! They did a proper investigation & solved the problem right away w just some hard work FROM THE ROOF VENTS (hmmmm...), for only $250. Go elsewhere.

I recently had plumbing issues where my toilet would clog regularly. I checked several companies online and spoke to a few. I chose Dam Plumbing because there wasn’t a trip fee and they were very responsive. Chris arrived on time and explained potential costs before doing any work. He inspected my line and the issue was with my toilet which had the Flushmate assist feature which was crating the problem. He offered me low cost alternatives such as replacing the valve or possibly the tank but I’ve had problems with this toilet since a few months afternoon installation. He recommended that I replace the toilet which I decided was the best move. I was very pleased with his professionalism and he was able to replace the toilet although it was afternoon on a Friday. It was done at a reasonable price. Chris, as well as Lucy at the office went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the results. I’ll definitely be using Dam Plumbing in the future and I highly recommend them for any one looking for quality service.

First the good points. Considering it was a Sunday evening around 5 PM I was in desperation since I had no water. I had gas and could not wait till the next morning to get someone to come and fix the outside water shut off. I realize it was Sunday evening But the bad point is I thought the charge was excessive. I was in business for 55 years it always felt to give a fair price and I thought the charge of $725 for an hours worth of work with very little cost of parts was excessive Because of this I probably would not hire this company again. I had guessed that were in Construction and they thought it was way overpriced also

Dam plumbing provides excellent service from beginning to end. I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs. I had extensive work that needed to be done that required removing walls and replacing all the cast iron piping between the bathroom & kitchen. Their approach & pricing was the best for what had to be done. I had a couple of issues that came up after the work was completed and once brought to their attention it was resolved immediately. Dam Plumbing was fantastic! I had two toilets that needed fixing, and they were able to help me the very same day I called. Super quick to respond, arrived on time, and got everything fixed fast. The technician was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. On top of that, their prices were very reasonable, which I really appreciated. Great service from start to finish. This company is amazing, had a plumbing situation and they assisted me over the phone and were able to get me an appointment for the same day. They got me back up and flowing water through my house! Thanks/ Now back out again today is 2/13/26 had another major plumbing disaster happen called Dam Plumbing and Chris S. Came out. He evaluated the situation and he was able to get my plumbing issues resolved again. I will never contact a different plumber, this company is the only one and the best!!!

Chris and Justin spent one long day flushing out the extremely cruddy pipes under our home. It required special equipment and extra time. Throughout, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and happy to explain as much as we wanted to know about the problem and the process. The price we paid was the price we were quoted.
