The Dalton technicians arrived early, wore booties over their shoes without being asked and were polite, professional, and thorough. They did a great job, didn't rush or cut corners, and left no mess to clean up afterwards.

I contacted Dalton after some appliance installers told me they couldn't hook up my new washing machine because the shutoff valve for the hot water supply wouldn't close properly. A plumber came out and looked at it for a few minutes and found the problem right away - the valve just needed to be shifted to the right a little bit so the handle could be turned all the way. I had initially asked for it to just be replaced, but he took the time to analyze the situation and I only ended up paying for the trip charge, which was a pleasant surprise considering replacement pricing would have been in the hundreds.

Ben was the serviceman who carefully completed the project of disassembly of our Casablanca ceiling fan to install a new operating system, receiver board, and electronic wall switches requiring the determination of how to achieve the correct multi-functions of the fan/lighting and subsequent reassembly. This took some time and thought to achieve these goals and Ben was patient, thorough, and gentle with our equipment. Ben then also installed a new 240 volt recessed socket connected to the power line secured through the outside wall to the inside and this task was also well planned and completed. We appreciated the fine service provided.

I have had various heating and cooling companies come out to check my furnace for the season. They have been adequate. This year it got past me. I just received a flyer in the mail with a good/great price to perform a furnace and gas fireplace check from Dalton Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical, & Fireplaces . Henry T. their technician called me earlier than scheduled to see if he could start early. Henry did a very thorough job on the furnace check/tune up. What I was most impressed with was the job he did on our gas fireplace check up. The fireplace had not been serviced in over 15 years because it is hard to find a company to do it in the Metro. Henry was amazing. He took the fireplace apart to check everything out. Cleaned and adjusted it. Cleaned the fog off the glass and made it sparkle. I am so impressed with the service, professionalism, and pricing I received from Dalton and especially Henry T. 5 stars is not enough in my opinion. I highly recommend this company for your furnace and fireplace needs. I double recommend the gas fireplace service (10 stars). Dalton will always be my fireplace service company going forward!

I used Dalton for a check-up on my furnace and air conditioner, as well as a check-up and cleaning of my two fireplaces.
