After using two other plumbers who either did not show up or did not solve the problem, Dad’s Plumbing was fantastic. They arrived on time and serviced my hot water heater to avoid a sulfur odor from developing. It was so great to finally find a reliable company who provided excellent service!
Fantastic service. Mike and Matt were professionals. They identified the problem, clearly stated the actions needed to be taken with my approval, and then proceeded to make the repairs. Very impressed and would highly recommend Dad's Plumbing to everyone!
Dad's Plumbing stands out as an honest locally owned company in a world full of companies owned by chains that charge ridiculous fees and feel more like used car dealerships. Mike truly provides a level of customer service that is rare to find these days. Called Mike to get a water softener quote and he had Matt and his crew out the same week to install it. I highly recommend Dads Plumbing and will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.
By far the best plumber around! I submitted an online request for an appointment last night, minutes later Mike called and discussed my issue. He was so friendly and personable, and upfront with possible scenarios and estimates. By 8:45 the next morning Matt and Taylor arrived happy and ready to work. Both were very friendly and easy to work with. They explained everything they would try to unclog my toilet. They had the toilet off and successfully retrieved a #1 Thomas the train and a # 6 Percy the train from my toilet! Had a new wax ring and seal on the toilet In less than an hour! What I liked most about them other than their personable approach was giving me the estimate of work before anything was done. The price was super reasonable! These guys saved the day and my wallet! They have gained a client for life, don’t call the big guys call Dad!
The guys were great. They talked us through our areas of highest and most frequent hot water use and planned best installation point to enable quicker access to hot water. Matt also showed us how to adjust operating times. Great job and great guys!!!
