Dacare the Plumber

We had a really positive experience with Dacare the Plumber. They were able to schedule us within a couple of days (it was a non-emergency situation), and Scott came out and started the visit with a full home plumbing inspection. He was so patient and helpful, really taking the time to make sure my husband and I understood how our whole system worked. He then quickly tackled our to do list on the spot. He even was able to fix issues that other plumbers had previously not been able to fix. He was very kind, honest and we never felt like we were being upsold on anything. It really made us trust him and the company, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We will definitely use Dacare again in the future, although I hope it's a while before we need to call a plumber again!

Dacare Plumbing is really a great company. From the phone call to the service reaping my sump pump. Very professional and the plumber Chris was outstanding. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Unbelievably professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They did some work for us in an emergency in early winter. The same pipe started leaking when we used it again in May (our fault, NOT theirs) and I called and they came at a time that was convenient for us, and arrived on time and completed the work in 30 minutes. Even though we technically caused the issue, the owner refused to take our money. I pleaded with him and he said they stand by their work and would not take my money, even a tip. Beyond that, he took a minute to look at the surrounding Plumbing in the basement while he was down there. He brought me down to look at a couple of things, one which was a pipe that is basically disintegrating. He said as part of their service they offer a free assessment while they are on site. He offered to get me a quote to take care of the issues he found before they become a problem. I can’t think him enough for his honesty, attentiveness, and professionalism. I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs!

Three things stood out about Dacare after using them the first time. Service (Scott was excellent and honest, his walkthrough was honestly eye opening and gave me lots of knowledge about our home I didn’t have prior), transparency about pricing and work being done, communication. We had a kitchen faucet break on a weekday evening and they responded to me after hours and multiple times up until the service call so I knew what to expect. I wouldn’t say they’re the cheapest option but priced at market and sometimes you get what you pay for specifically the level of service and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

The Decare team is well oiled, professional and skilled. Pandora helped to arrange all of the appointments and order equipment ahead of time, and Mike and Aiden executed a quality tankless water heater replacement in a few hours, with upgraded copper piping where I previously had plex. They were on time, courteous, organized, and cleaned up afterwards. Then they checked my whole system and spent extra time diagnosing a separate problem I had in one bathroom. I highly recommend!
