I have heard all positive things about Shawn, his knowledge, and exceptional work ethic. He accurately diagnosed my water issues when I talked with him over the phone. He scheduled a service call promptly despite me insisting that I could mange my situation for a little while. He traveled to my home almost 2 hours north of Omro. He replaced my archaic water pump, water softener, water heater, and pipes in a timely manner. The system works wonderfully now free of all issues. Shawn is the only plumber who will man up and actually work on my ancient house/plumbing. He is absolutely brazen, but always quickly responds to pleas for help.
