There's no way there could have been better service. Christmas Eve we had no hot water, and they were able to replace the tank within hours. These are the people you want working on your home, or business.
sorry for your bad experiences, but this company is one of the longest running and best plumbers in the area. I've been using them for many years as well as my neighbors and they have proved to be the best in services and prices! Also knowing that the owner is a 4th generation plumber I believe he's a well dependable and more than trusting with all your plumbing needs...I would highly recommend using this company for anything you need fixed or repaired....thanks D&S plumbing!!!
Spoke with Devon who told me he would come fix a sewage leak multiple times. We would schedule appointments and then he would not show up. He would never call you to let you know he wasn't coming out either. Highly unprofessional and sounds like he is stoned when you speak to him on the phone. I recommend using a real business.
When I called the phone was answered by some lady who simply says, "Hello"? No company name or anything like professionals. The plumber showed up 3 hours late without returning a single call of mine when inquiring as to where he was while I was waiting. He finally showed up when another plumber was already here. I have no idea as to quality of work as he never did any work in my home. No cell phone, don't know how a successful business can operate with no line for communication and definite lack of punctuality.
It took a few days to schedule an appointment, but other than that, they were on time, quick, and cost-effective.
