They are the best. My hot water heater had exploded overnight that the next morning called them. They said they could not get to me today but they would be able to get to me 1st thing tomorrow morning. Couple hours later they called me and says Hey are schedules change we can get out to you today I am more than pleased with their service their professionalism and the quality of their work
Very quick service for a sprinkler winterisation after a snowfall. These guys responded quickly, removed the backflow prevention device and saved a system from further damage. Really appreciate. Not only this, they have upfront prices that they can tell you over phone. Very transparent. I highly recommend them for plumbing services in northbrook area.

I let them know I was on a tight schedule so the my told me I was first appointment of the day. Plumber did not arrive until 50 minutes after the appointment time and said job could not be completed because snow in the driveway made it hard to get equipment in.
Response time was very slow. Took 2 days to return my phone call. Now I've been waiting 2 more days to get an appointment scheduled. D&D has certainly lost my business.
D and D plumbing was absolutely amazing!!! We had a leak in our basement and had a few different plumbers come out to give us a quote. After a bad experience from another plumber in walked Brian. He was very nice and polite. I showed him right to the problem and he said he knew how to fix it and it would not cost over $1000 like the last quote. After a fewer complications because of a older home we scheduled him to come back. When he found out that my son was at my sisters house he arranged his schedule so he could meet the city to turn off the water and fix the leak. My family and I can't thank him and his wife enough!!!! Thank you!!!
Live in an old home, with many issues. Gotten to know Brian through our unfortunate circumstances with the home. All I have to say is Top notch!! Thorough, very knowledgeable, and just overall nice guy to do business with. Never fun when something goes wrong at your home, but Brian comes out, and it's kind of like seeing an old friend I hadn't seen in a while, makes the process far less stressful.
Had a cartridge break off in the valve in our shower unexpectedly. After calling Dave from D&D plumbing he assured me he could take care of my problem and FAST. Dave showed up asap and took care of a bad situation. These guys came highly recommend and I would agree if you have any plumbing needs these are your guys. Thanks again Dave!
Had an excellent experience with D&D plumbing today. It's hard to find honest companies to help when our small business is in need. Today, I felt like I was treated with honesty, integrity, and I felt like my small business was respected while the work was being done. I truly appreciated it.

Plumber Dan came and saved the day! I am extremely pleased and will certainly call him again. I needed a new Water Heater, Sump Pump and Battery Back-up Sump Pump System. Great service, fair up front prices and no surprises. Cleaned up the work area, better than it was before they came!
Brian came in behind two other companies and quickly and effectively fixed my plumbing issues. The previous company quoted me $3000 (yes thousand), while Brian completed it at $200 (hundred). I could not be happier with his work.
