Called D-Best for an issue with our sewer line, needing some advise and possible assistance. Both John and Adam were very helpful and accommodating - listening and answering all my questions. Made an appt for Friday, and the technician Daniel arrived on time, and was quick, informative, and attentive to detail. Our issue was resolved in about :30min and I could not have been more impressed with Daniel and D-Best. Hopefully, we don't need them again, but would not hesitate calling them if needed. Highly recommended!!

I contacted D Best Plumbing to work on a bathroom remodel. A gentleman named Daniel came, we talked about the project, and he was going o get me drawings for the plumbing part to submit to the city. In the meantime, he told me to dig out some pipes based on what he planned to do. Digging out the pipes cost me about $1000. I called this man multiple times, and simply ghosted me. When I call the company a gentleman named John usually answers and he apologizes for Daniel not getting back to me. I have since hired Northern Arizona Plumbing who state that this people did the same thing to another client they're working with. I am posting, so you are aware of my experience

If you looking for a reliable, professional, and experienced plumbing company, look no further than D-Best Plumbing. They are simply the best in N. AZ. Certainly in the Verde Valley area. We were connected to this company via a local business person who owns a home improvement store in Cottonwood. He grew up in the area, knows everybody whose anybody, and connects himself only with the best contractors in N. AZ. When we advised him we were searching for a plumber, he immediately recommended Dan who owns D-Best Plumbing. Jumping on this recommendation, we contacted Dan in November 2019. He sent Daniel, his best plumber to tackle what was a significant plumbing issue in our home. We had hot and cold water mixing issues throughout the home, and a significant water flow issue which turned out to be caused by the failure of a filter from an old water softener. The result being clogs of resin balls throughout our pipes. Well, Daniel came in and methodically went through every aspect of the plumbing system. Eliminating the causes one by one, to include a 25 year-old water heater that we had him replace. He located the source of each problem, and due to the complexity and scope of the problems, teamed with Dan to make all of the necessary repairs. The company did have to conduct some invasive entries into a few walls. Some of the holes in the drywall were significant. But that was not a problem, we had a dry wall professional follow up behind them to make the necessary repairs. As we were aware, D-Best contractors are plumbers, not dry wall or framing professionals. Our man concern with the company was the repair of the plumbing aspect of the job. So as a result of their great plumbing work, our home is back to absolute normal. Thank you D-Best Plumbing, it was a real pain living with the state of the plumbing issues when we purchased the home in August 2019. We have since contracted with the company to change out some fixtures and to make ready a small bathroom sink and cabinet. Daniel came out each time and managed the issues professionally, and promptly. He was also always very polite, friendly, and accommodating. We can't praise Daniel enough. Oh and just last week, our new water heater stopped producing hot water. We contacted the company and they were not hesitant to respond. We waited a day because they are busy but that was not an issue. When Daniel arrived he inspected the water heater and observed it was releasing condensation onto the pilot. He advised us the water heater was failing and he needed to replace it. So upon removing it and returning it to Hughes Supply in Cottonwood, he returned with a new water heater which he installed. The company did not charge us for the replacement or for the service call. Oh we love this company. As it turned out, Daniel had Hughes Supply inspect the water heater. Hughes advised they had recently received notice the serial numbered batch of water heaters for the brand had been pulled off the shelf because they were defective. Something D-Best was not made aware of when they initially obtained the water heater. So we certainly cannot fault D-Best for the water heater failure. But we are thankful they gladly took care of the problem. Our only concern is that with this review, the demand for the services of D-Best Plumbing could increase, thus making it more difficult to get them to our home when we need them. They are already a busy company because of their reputation. But such are the consequences of wanting to work with the best. Anyway, do yourself a favor. As we stated, if you are in search of a reliable and professional plumbing company, look no further than D-Best Plumbing. We can't recommend them enough.

Wouldn't you know it. 3 days before my wife and I were set to depart on a trip out of the country, our water heater broke and starting leaking onto the garage floor. This was a Thursday. I called D Best as soon as they opened and Jon answered the phone right away. I described the problem and our upcoming departure and he said he would have someone out at the house by noon. At 11:30 Daniel arrived and checked the heater and water softener out. The heater had cracked and needed to be replaced. He said he could have a new one installed the next day Friday, along with a new and better water softener. He said that the installer, Christopher, would be at our house shortly after 8 AM. By 8:30, he was on site and starting the job. He kept me informed as the work progressed and by 2 PM the job was done. Christopher cleaned the site up, and we can now go on vacation without a worry. This is the second time I have used D Best and they never fail. A person answers the phone. As soon as something is set up, I get both a text and an email, telling who is coming and when. And when the tech is on his way, I get another text. D Best is professional and reliable. And in today's world, that is really remarkable. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Jon, Daniel and Christopher for saving our vacation.

This is D-Worst Plumbing company that we have experienced. We paid $275 for a sewer scope for the house that we're interested to purchase. They just took our money and didn't provide the scope video report and didn't give us an estimate on the list that we asked. We are an out of state buyer so it is important for us to receive the video and report that we paid for. All they send was a bill that we paid just a few line with plumbing code and wording which we had no clue what it meant. We doubted that they actually did the scope otherwise why can't they send us a video report for the service. We made many phone calls to requested the video scope and the owner and the manager said that they don't have the video and that they will send someone out to do the scope video. We patiently waited day after day for the last 5 days and no one call us back or send us the information. We are going to report this company with BBB in Arizona. We feel that we paid the money for the service and we deserve to get the sewer scope video report. Don't you think? Please STAY AWAY Stay from these crook that rob your money.

We love Daniel from D Best. He is extremely fair with pricing and often charges less than the estimate if it takes fear materials or time. He is able to work with extremely old plumbing components and also do new contruction plumbing for a remodel. We really appreciate his attention to detail his solutions for venting and his broad knowledge. He isnt stuck in the past with only one modus operandi. He works hard and does a great job. We have used him for both a remodel and changing out problematic fixtures from the 60s. We couldnt be happier with his work or pricing. We are intending to use DBest for all our plumbing needs. The only caveat is you have to book in advance. If you cant wait, you have to use another service and you will pay dearly. Try to anticipate your needs and do preventative maintenance.

Sadly, horrible experience. Came and removed my master bathroom tub. ONE MONTH later after living with a messed up bathroom, on March 19th, the new tub arrived. The verbal contract with my wife, myself and D-Best Plumbing, it would be a completed job with a new tub. Would love to share photos of our destroyed master bathroom. We lost money over this one month waiting period for the job to be completed, with selling our house and a contract we placed on another. Door wood trim ripped off the wall, huge holes in the wall, walls scraped. Did more damage than replacement. We refuse to pay until the job is completed, repairs done. Owner said he would get into our house "one way or another" to remove our new tub! My wife witnessed the telephone call.

Needed some outdoor spigots replaced and previously contacted plumbers came out and never provided estimates ... imagine that. I received D-Best as a recommendation from another vendor working at the house, I called and actually spoke with someone and within an hour I had someone at the house to estimate the job. Work commenced today and my tech, Chris, was thorough, professional, efficient and included me in what he was doing. Everything was changed out and repairs as necessary within 2 1/2 hours. I had put this off because I was convinced it was going to be a several thousands job, and it was not. Pleasantly surprised. If you need plumbing I highly recommend D-Best!

Fantastic service, prompt response, professional, and courteous, and a true pleasure to work with. Adam has done a phenomenal job, and we were impressed with the attention to detail and his friendly and professional manner. The office support has been equally great to work with, we found it easy to schedule an appointment, get an estimate, and the work executed on time and on the dot with the estimate. Updated review. Adam Krause just recently serviced our hot water tank. It was regular maintenance. He was super knowledgeable and efficient. He explains things. Very nice guy. DBest is reliable and highly competent. They are very competent. I'd describe them as good communicators and skilled technicians. I do not hesitate to call them for plumbing needs. Plumber Daniel Heun is really good at his work. He's a great guy. Solid professional.

I called D-Best plumbing after getting screwed around from home depot and their "same day install". I had been out of hot water for 3 days when I called D-Best. They were able to send a person out to install a new water heater later that afternoon. Shout out to Adam! Even though he was overbooked for the day he still fit me in! I definitely recommend D-Best for your plumbing needs. They were prompt, professional, and courteous.
