We have used Custom Plumbing for many years so this review is quite overdue. On every single call, the service has been impeccable, the prices fair, and the plumbers honest and caring. Never any overselling and true kindness from the whole staff. Highly recommend!

Custom Plumbing & Heating has come to our house twice for plumbing issues. The owner, Barry, is very caring and was willing to have his workers come to the house as soon as he could. They did an amazing job with a sump pump installation. They took time to explain how it works and made sure I understood the work that was done. They also came to look at an issue with our bathtub leaking and Mason was very detailed with informing me what the issue was. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of prompt and thorough work done by professional and caring workers.

Mason, Jared and George were polite and expert. They replaced all water lines in my house and made other needed upgrades and repairs. The cuts needed in the drywall were exact and clean. They keep work areas spotless. They rechecked everything several times and made sure I was happy with their work. They do not upsell and I believe the pricing was very fair.

We can't say enough good things about Custom Plumbing & Heating. We had a hot-water heater fail unexpectedly. We called them, they came out promptly to look at the situation, and we had a new heater installed quickly and for a very fair price - thank you!
