“My heating system stopped working and the temperature in my home was dropping. With the outside temperature below freezing, this was an emergency situation. I called six companies who could not come until the next day. My neighbor suggested Curtis Total Service. Their technician, Kevin Rodriguez, arrived within an hour. I had an excellent experience. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and tidy.”

He spent an hour installing a PVC patch and charged $225. I will never, ever call them again for plumbing repair. Absolute scam artists.”

They responded promptly, and the initial service call and snaking fee were reasonable. However, they claimed the tank was loose and proceeded to rebuild the toilet by replacing the internal tank components. For that, they charged her $1,002—yes, just for the rebuild. …”
“Do not use this company!!! We had a brand new install completed last year, the install was completed incorrectly and now every time the unit runs it whistles through the house. They have been out multiple times and can’t seem to fix the issue. Reading about causes of the whistling online everything points to a bad install and they refuse to fix the issue.
