Great customer service!! Joshua was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He kept us informed as he was doing the repairs. He did a great job in a timely manner. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs that may arise. I highly recommend Culbert Plumbing.
Had Culbert Plumbing come out and flush my system and replace a part on my tankless hot water heater. Good communication and efficient. Would definitely use them again.
This company is a 5 Star operation from start to finish. Prompt, professional, innovative, fair-priced and more. Can't say enough about how well they treated us and what a pleasure they are to do business with. Highly recommend this group of plumbing professionals. Liz, who always seems to answer the phone was unbelievably helpful with planning and coordinating with other professionals on our project, and the two "hands-on technicians", Christopher and his partner were the best of the best. Our thanks and best wishes to everyone at Culbert.
John was courteous and did an excellent job replacing our water filtration system, which had developed a leak. The original system was also installed by their team, and it turned out to have a fault. Overall, the team did a great job and was very reliable. Scheduling was easy, and they were able to accommodate us quickly. Josh, the manager, was great to work with and very helpful during the original installation as well. The only drawback is that the pricing felt higher than expected; more reasonable pricing would have made the experience perfect.
Chris at Culbert Plumbing was skilled and hard working. He solved our difficult drain clog problem using a multitude of the best snakes and cameras and water jets. Great value. Thank you for staying late and getting the job done.
