Pedro arrived within 1 hour on a Monday morning after I called for a leak investigation. He is very knowledgeable and thoughtful during the troubleshooting process, and quickly identified the source of the leak. Despite it's in a very tight location between walls, Pedro demonstrated his skill and experience by adapting to the situation and fixing the leak. His work is very neat and he kept the site very clean. Such a good experience with Crystal Clear, and their pricing is reasonable. Will call them again for my future plumbing need.

We once again hired Crystal Clear Plumbing when our water heater failed us. Jared and Sonny did a wonderful job! I'm glad we found a plumber that we can trust. They do a great job at a fair price and are very respectful of our home. They also installed our kitchen sink and faucet when we installed new counters, as well as a utility sink in our basement. Jared came out to give us an estimate. Crystal Clear's pricing was fair, as we received two other estimates for the work. We liked Jared best right from the start. He explained everything that needed to be done. He showed up when he promised and he treated our home as if it was his. We are so grateful we found Crystal Clear Plumbing. If we ever need anything done with our plumbing I will always call Crystal Clear. And I will definitely request Jared! He has wonderful work ethics. I did meet other members of his team who also seemed nice...Pedro, Scott, and another gentleman, but I can't remember his name. All were very kind. Thank you Jared!

Scott & Sonny were great! Came out next day to replace our water heater. We’re quick, efficient and clean. Would recommend Crystal Clear Plumbing!
