Crown Restoration has been great when we've had water leaks and damage. They are so friendly and professional. We've had them out several times and they always do a great job. I've worked with Dristen and Juan and they were a pleasure to work with. Wonderful company!

Damien and Josh came over to my house to help with a major bathroom leak. They completed the job perfectly and were very well priced! Will be contacting them again in the future.

Crown was very responsive and not pushy. Their plan to demo our bathroom made sense and was done well. Juan was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately the tape used to create a seal took off more than just paint like they said it would, which I didn't notice until after we signed off on everything so they are refusing to fix it. It's a small job to mud and float, I just can't do it myself and they won't. The tape removal took off that top layer of drywall so I can't just paint over it, it's rough and uneven. It's an unpleasant ending to an otherwise good experience.

I expect a job done in a timely manner. If your employee (Tory) is going on vacation after doing my estimation then I expect to get my estimation before he leaves for an entire week. Otherwise it would have been more appropriate to send someone else to do my estimation and get back to me so that you don't leave your customers hanging. At the very latest, I should have been informed how long this estimation would have taken. I went to you guys because of your rating and service. Such a disappointment.

We just purchased our home in September, and as you can imagine we’re completely shocked and upset that just a short few months later we had a very large accident with an upstairs toilet overflowing. At the mercy of guidance from friends we knew we needed to call for water mitigation. We must have had a guardian angel helping along the way because we found Crown Restoration! Juan was out here that very same day and got straight to work with his team. I have been so deeply impressed with his disposition and work ethic over these last couple of weeks. The job has been so smooth and so clean the entire time they’ve been in and out and the level of respect the team has had for our home has been immeasurable. I’ve loved their personable efforts in engaging with all members of the household from furry to child to adult. It has felt like we’ve had friends over helping out along the way. Several neighbors and friends have asked about the company and I have been happy to speak so adamantly about the quality of work and will continue to represent the brand that is crown restoration. The team (Lexi, Juan, Dristen, Terry) were absolute professionals from first contact to project completion. They were so easy to work with and kept me informed daily on the status of my project. The work that I needed done was probably on a smaller scale that CROWN is used too but they completely understood my situation and catered to me in getting the work done in a timely manner. Our experience with Crown and lead tech Juan A. was exceptional! After a house guest shared about seeing what appeared to be a lot of mold behind the toilet, we were concerned and wanted professional mitigation immediately. The tech was dispatched within 24 hours of our call and showed up timely. The dispatcher/receptionist was also very kind, professional, and easy to work with. The technician was able to quickly assess that the issue was not mold, but took his time testing it and even offered to send a sample off for lab testing if we wanted further reassurance. He also did a thorough examination of the bathroom for any other evidence of mold. To our surprise, there was no charge for the consultation. We are relieved to know mold isn't the issue - but definitely know who we'll be calling if it ever is! Highly recommended.

I am so pleased with my decision to contact Crown Restoration. From my initial call, Cindy has been an absolute gem! I greatly appreciate her top tier customer service, patience and professionalism! She prefaced the details of my appointments & she followed up after each service to explain next steps. I’m currently undergoing some home improvement projects so I reached out to them for a mold assessment. Once I got my results, Juan was the representative that came out. He too was very patient, transparent and detailed. His team was super respectful of my home & friendly. (They laid down a paper trail of their pathway from my front door to the work zone). Crown restoration far exceeded my expectations. We had been through 2 contractors before landing with them. Every single person on staff is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and does their job. Jeremy was our project manager and he took great care of us and our home. Every call, text, and email was answered quickly. Any hiccup that arose, they all jumped into action. One of the things I appreciated the most was Torrey working with my insurance agent who was not always the easiest the work with. We are first time homebuyers and had no idea how to navigate water damage. From the very first call with Cindy, who assured me they would take care of me, to signing the certificate of completion, we are in awe of the service received. I pray we never need the services again but if we do, we will not be calling anyone other than Crown

So far we've had contact with Damien & Cindy. Damien was great, he gave us a detailed quote within 15/20 minutes, very professional. Cindy has been great too, friendly & super helpful in getting in contact with insurance. Josh was in charge of coming out daily and checking on progress (drying the walls) and once that was dry, Hector came and rebuilt our walls & cleaned up. He was easy to work with, great communication, and our bathrooms looked just as beautiful as before our mess. Tory, initial contact, was also helpful & listened to all concerns over the phone even though it was a Saturday evening. That is much appreciated during a stressful time.

Dristen did a great job when we had a leak coming from the wall from our dishwasher. It unfortunately cause a lot more damage than I expected. He went through the process throughly and had the demo and drying completed quickly. When this was being worked on the reconstruction team came by and stared to work with me and my insurance to restore my house to gown it was before. Bret and Betty were great to work with and helping me with my insurance claim for the reconstruction. It looks like nothing bad happened to my kitchen and my wood flooring…which had to be the whole house.

Our initial salesman was amazing! The insurance process with this company was a nightmare. This company assures you along the way no payment is accepted until insurance check is received. This is a lie. As soon as the work is complete they expect payment and will add on late fees until you receive the funds. They force you to pay prior to receiving funds and then take a 4% extra charge for payment. Don't waste your time with this company unless you want to pay more than agreed amount with insurance!

Hector did a phenomenal job! He painted our kitchen, living room, breakfast nook & dining room. He did all the trim and sheet rock with tape and float with precision and accuracy. He ensure the work was done to code and done right. I have two toddlers and Hector made sure after each day the place was left safely for my kids in the evening even if it meant him having to open up an electrical outlet again. I would highly recommend Hector to my family & friends and welcome him back
