Have had Crown out to help with various plumbing issues over the years. They are always very responsive and helpful, and promptly provide service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Crown, they are an excellent local Leesburg business!

Crown Plumber did a great job replacing my hot water heater with a tankless system. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, and quoted a fair price to remove and replace my existing hot water heater. I will be working with them in the future on any plumbing needs I have.

Worst Service !

Multiple missed appointments--no calls ever. Had to pay to have their work fixed by another responsive plumber. Improper installation of sump pump/backup. For anything halfway complicated-- Beware

Awesome and reliable team!! I was experiencing an issue with my hot water system and decided to hire a large company to assess the problem. Their assessment concluded that my valve was bad and recommended that I break through the wall to replace it. With a 20% discount, they quoted me $1,400 for the work. However, given the scale of the project, I sought a second opinion and was referred to Crown Plumber. I am so grateful I did! Edmund, the owner, was prompt and professional in his response. The technician who arrived was extremely knowledgeable, and after assessing the situation, they were able to resolve the issue without the need to break my wall(YAY!!)! This saved me significant expense and avoided unnecessary work, time. I truly appreciate the expertise and honesty of Edmund and his technician. As someone with limited knowledge of plumbing, I was particularly impressed with Crown Plumber's reasonable pricing and their commitment to only addressing what was truly necessary, rather than trying to upsell services. I have complete trust in this team and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. They will definitely be my go-to company for any future plumbing needs! I had a new Moen "motionsense wave" kitchen faucet which began to fail within six month of install. The faucet would burn through 6 batteries every month and I could not get water, even manually unless I put in a fresh set of batteries. Moen and the plumber passed responsibility on each other. Meanwhile, I was out of water in the kitchen and Christmas approaching. Finally, Moen sent me a brand new faucet and I immediately called Crown Plumber. After listening to my problem Edmund was in my kitchen within 2 hours. Along with his assistant, they installed the new faucet, tested it and my water was restored. Plus he gave me a nice discount. In my opinion, Crown Plumber is the best plumbing service available in our area. The pricing is fair, he is friendly and responsive to his customers but, above all, Edmund knows what he is doing! Priceless.

Kicking myself for not tuning into the source of the leak in our kitchen myself and sooner; however, quick check on Google for emergency plumbing service and called Crown Plumber. Told he had someone out on a job and would call him. Not much later, the plumber called and got our address. He came and quickly figured out it was the faucet, turned off the water to it (yes, d'uh on my part), and presented our options and prices. He showed us the faucet he on the truck, but also noted it wouldn't fit the space with a window sill. He left for a scheduled job in Purcellville and returned with a faucet he bought in the same finish and that would fit the space. Done! He was professional, efficient, and thank you, Crown Plumber folks!

I highly recommend Crown Plumber for any plumbing service. My GE water heater developed a slow leak and rusty water was filling the drain pan. Contacted Crown Plumber and the next day they installed a brand-new water heater. The service was beyond professional. Not a single droplet of water in my brand-new hard wood floor during the old water heater removal process. In addition, they redid and efficiently arranged the old drain pan plumbing to better serve the purpose (often details matter.) New water heater copper installations were done using latest technique of brazing rather than soldering which developed problems in my old water heater. Furthermore, per my request, they promptly fixed few other problems I had in my bathroom.

On April 28, 2022, Crown Plumber sent two technicians to our condo in the Lansdowne Woods Magnolia's complex to replace 11 shutoff valves on our toilets, sinks & dishwasher. The technicians (I don't know their names) were polite & informative and accomplished their work quickly & efficiently! The new valves are excellent-quality quarter-turn ball valves and the technicians left the work areas clean. The "special group pricing" service offered to LWVA by Crown reflects one of the benefits of living in a well-managed condo community and from now on we will certainly use Crown anytime we have an individual plumbing issue that requires an outside plumber's skills. Edmund Luku came within three hours of me filing my HomeAdvisor request within the time window he specified. He fixed both plumbing problems - one issue was so minor that he fixed it without charge. He could have easily dramatized the problem and charged money. The overall cost was very reasonable. He was very eager to help fix any problem. He discovered my sump pump wasn't working which I wasn't even aware of. I mentioned casually that he I hadn't yet figured out how to shut off the water to the rear outdoor faucet and helped me find and test the valve. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to a friend and family member.

Edmond is an outstanding plumber and someone I trust! Efficient, honest, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and very fairly priced. He came in and corrected an improperly installed exterior faucet done by another company just a couple of years prior. He had to replace the shutoff, some piping and the hose bib. Did it in record time all while having to work in a very narrow closet in order to access the pipe line. Plus he installed a much better shut off than what had existed. I highly recommend Edmond to anyone in need of having any kind of plumbing work done!

We needed same day service for several issues, and we found Crown Plumber on referral after others offered appointments days later. The owner, Edmund, arrived on time (at the start of the time arrival window) completing replacement of our rear hose bib and toilet tank within less than an hour and a half. He even provided helpful tips on preventive maintenance around the house while working to fix everything. Crown Plumber simply offers honest and hard working consummate professionals to get the job done right. Thanks again!

I discovered my utility sink downstairs full of filthy water this morning and was worried if I used any plumbing, I would have a flooded basement. Crown was very highly recommended from a friend so I called. They do not normally service where I live, but showed up within a couple of hours. Elvis arrived and couldn’t have been more pleasant. He fixed the problem (clogged kitchen drain from upstairs) in no time. The fee was fair and exactly as quoted. This type of service is hard to find. I wish I could give more stars!!
