Could not recommend CR enough. We had a plumbing emergency (our outdoor water spigot sprung a leak that was partially inside the wall) late in the afternoon, and Ian and Victor made time for us on their schedule and stayed late until it was fixed. We really appreciated their professionalism and that they first focused on a conservative approach before immediately jumping to a larger repair and it worked! We had everything repaired good as new and the water back on right away. We definitely plan on using them for any future plumbing issues.

JJ was great ! Professional, friendly and did a phenomenal job of explaining the whole process . Will have him again . He also was training some new guys and spoke well to them to teach and educate .

Terrific experience! There were amazingly quick to respond to our needs. Their work was done in a very professional manner, at extremely reasonable pricing. Very impressed by their communication. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We got a new hot water heater in July of 2022. Well, as of Wednesday 11/2/22, we have no hot water. We were told it was a common part and would be fixed within a day or two. Of course, they were closed on the weekend and the part supposedly, though common, did not come in by Friday, so we called today, Monday 11/7/22, to see if the part was in. We were told "I don't think so, let me call you back". No call, no part, no hot water. Tomorrow will be almost a week now and I am over them. Lack of response, work that breaks quickly, not a company I will be recommending or referring anyone to going forward.

Incredibly overpriced for a basic, uncomplicated fixture install. Almost $500 to hook up two new porch lights (same model as previously mounted).

Good work - they assessed our issue and deployed a repairman to fix everything - it took some time due to the work involved but they got it done and now we have no worries about our water heater or water pressure on the house. Just because an independent contractor claims he's a "master plumber" doesn't mean he knows what he's doing or is even competent to do the work - get referrals and check reviews and be very diligent. I understand there are some that are great, but we learned the hard way. CR Plumbing had to fix what another "master plumber" did incompetently. We're grateful that we caught the issue before any major damage had been done.

Seriously, chose anyone besides these folks. Way over charged and job went to pot in a year. $30 part and 10 minute repair (should have just done it myself) cost $300 with these guys. Call them to work through it and they say it's out of warranty and can't do anything but try and charge me for another service call. Messed up a neighbors job as well. Save yourself the headache and hit to your pocket book and home.

I had a broken toilet drain, a pvc pipe between the ceiling and floor, that was very difficult to access. Jared came out the same day and quickly grasped the scope of the job. He fixed everything, reinstalled the toilet, and cleaned everything before he left. This was all done at a reasonable price and they warranty their work. I highly recommend this company, and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

What a great experience! First, Nick took my call and was not only friendly but comforting in explaining the CR process. As promised, the tech extend he was on his way.
