Excellent service. Arrived on time for our requested appointment time. Very processional. Told us we didn't need a repair and showed us how to turn on/off the faucets to the washing machine. If we should require plumbing service in the future we will definitely call Cove Plumbing.

So impressed with Cove Plumbing. As usual, from start to finish, they did an excellent job. Tina, who scheduled my appointment, was friendly and knowledgeable. She kept me up-to-date on the arrival time of the plumbers who did the work. Gabriel and Jackson, who were both proficient and friendly, arrived on schedule and did an excellent job replacing the flush valve assembly and the fill valve assembly on my toilet and repairing the leaks in two faucets. Gabriel answered my questions and walked me through the repairs once they were completed. I have been doing business with Cove Plumbing for thirty years now, and I have never been disappointed.

Wes and Jackson were terrific. The company worked me in when I called and said I had no water and needed help "right now". My DIY was a failure, couldn't turn the water back on and I was desperate. They quickly and quietly fixed my problem and then commented that they could fix the "wobbly" loose toilet that has been that way for 15 years. I said if you can, please do. They did. Nice. Cove Plumbing has fixed a plumbing problem for us quite a few times; always to our complete satisfaction. Good people, reasonable price, recommend highly.

Save your time and money. This business is unethical and a ripoff. Second winter our so called weatherized overpriced back flow has busted do to climate exposure. Sold us a bill of goods! Nope! Our back flow has busted every year from the freeze since being over sold this monstrosity install. As long as I continue to dish out for an over priced redundant system that needs to be replaced every year since y’all installed this garbage. I’ll be posting. And you have nerve to act like you guys are the victims to my anger over being ripped off. Be accountable and take the responsibility!! Your response should show potential future costumers you guys are just in it for the money and couldn’t care less about results, but when you do a bad job you take no responsibility. The reason I keep posting is because y’all need a reminder, when you impact the community you get feedback both good and definitely in this case bad. Life isnt about the stars you get on google. It’s about living with your mistakes, or in our case us living with your mistakes. You wouldn’t even honor your work to see what you did wrong. Do not shop here they don’t care about the work. Just the money they charge. Now I’m in it for an additional $1000 on top of the $2000 you charged. And because you are not on the Kempner Water Supply Corp list of companies that are qualified to work on our back flow you should have never taken the job, you did not build my back flow to code which cost me more money and time to repair, and then you recommend heating elements after the fact. Your response to my post shows how inadequate you are. Unethical behavior eventually shuts down all business practices and I hope more people speak up against greedy run businesses such as yours. It ain’t slander if it’s true. I don’t remove posts only buisness owners afraid of being called out have them removed by google.

Had a most delightful interaction with Gabriel and Jackson of Cove Plumbing! The heating elements failed on our water heater. They called at 0745 this morning in response to our message. They were here 0830 to flush the heater and replace the heating elements. They even gave us a cash discount! Money well spent!!!
