Brice was great! He was polite and very knowledgeable about all aspects of my fireplace. He covered my floors and carpet before starting and cleaned up the entire area after completing the task. Brice is an outstanding representative of Cottrell & Company. He deserves a raise!

The workman showed up on time, was friendly, went straight to work and did a wonderful job on both of my fireplaces! Could not ask for better service!!! Bryce was my technician and he was kind, prompt, and cleaned up after he was finished!

Very pleased with Cottrell. I called Friday morning, 01/30/26, and expected not being able to get a technician. They had an appointment available between 11-1. Within 10 minutes the technician called and said they could be here in less than half an hour! Tim showed up and introduced himself. I explained the problem and he went to work. He was very thorough and checked both bathrooms, went up under the house to check pipes, had to dig up the main drain pipe access from the house and checked for proper flow from toilets and tub to the main neighbor line. Everything checked out fine. The service call and charge for everything he completed was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Cottrell for any plumbing needs. A 10 out of 10! Great job, Tim!

Timothy did a fantastic job... I had an older gate valve that would not seat off (when you turned it off Water was still flowing)... We were able to coordinate the meter shut off for my wing of condos the B units and he quickly replaced the valve with a 90 degree shut off ball valve that isolates my condo unit B1... i was trying to make multiple legit reviews for timothy... bc he basically did 3 to 4 separate jobs for me (with 2 quotes that were free quotes done on day 1) that are fully completed and thoroughly done by day 3 business day. THANK YOU!!! All jobs were tackled day 2 and day 3 a calibration adjustment to the shower diverter valve was polished up. Job1 turned off water main isolation to Units B and cut out and replaced my unit B1 shut off valve... Job 2 He replaced my bathroom faucet valve handles with diverter valve handle... Job 3 Replaced Kitchen sink with customer provided by brother used kitchen sink... Job 3 or 4 ish replaced faucet with new kitchen facet provided by the folks (Dad and Mom)

Absolutely couldn’t have had a better experience with a plumbing company. We had a plumbing emergency around 5:30 PM. I called them and within an hour they had someone out to the house to fix the problem. Tim was an excellent technician. He got the job done quickly and accurately. Very reasonably priced as well. We will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.
