Austin from Cornerstone Plumbing was great! This Plumbing business goes above and beyond in making sure everything is fixed properly. There was an additional issue that needed to be addressed a week later and they offered to come out the same day! Very organized and timely with appointments. They made sure to make everything perfect! Highly recommend! Austin is a great employee!

This is the third time I've worked with Cornerstone Plumbing. Every time they've been courteous and knowledgeable. Today Luis fixed my toilet. He let me know what the cost would be prior to starting and what possible cost there would be depending on what he found after he started. Fortunately for me the fix was minimal. I highly recommend this company.

I can’t recommend this company anymore. I’ve used them three times. (Water Heater Installation, Maintenance, and to help diagnose a leak) The first installation went great — professional and smooth. The next two visits were disappointing. I was quoted one price over the phone for maintenance but the technician attempted to charge more in person and had to argue to get the original rate honored while warning me of longevity of a system they had just installed 10 months prior. They also misdiagnosed a leak, charged me hundreds for a fix on a drain that didn’t solve the problem, came back out and misdiagnosed again. They referred me to other companies based on the wrong diagnosis. Then the companies referred didn't even do what the plumber thought the issue was. Our problem turned out to take $10 to solve on our own. They’ve also called me the wrong name every visit despite correcting them. Really frustrating after such a strong first experience. I do not recommend Cornerstone plumbing. They rescheduled our job 3-4 times without even calling to let us know. We had to be the ones constantly calling them (AFTER the scheduled appointment time). We ended up just cancelling the job because of how terrible their communication was and their inability to actually complete the job. Also had to reach out quite a few times to get them to mail us our deposit back. Do not recommend Cornerstone Plumbing.

I engaged Cornerstone Plumbing for a kitchen plumbing project totaling $2,400, which was to include the installation of a sink, faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and related plumbing work. While the sink was installed as scheduled, the remaining scope of work was not completed, despite multiple confirmed appointments. Several scheduled visits were missed without notice, and no proactive communication was provided. I attempted numerous follow-ups via phone and voicemail, but received no consistent or timely response. Ultimately, due to the lack of progress and communication, I hired a licensed plumber who completed the work for $1,807. Shortly after I submitted a one-star review on Google, I received an email from the company’s office manager referencing unrelated reviews I had written about other businesses, along with a warning about potential legal consequences for posting public feedback. I found this response both inappropriate and concerning, particularly given the unresolved nature of the issue. I’ve included screenshots of our email communications. Update (Following Conversation with Blaine): I spoke with Blaine from Cornerstone Plumbing, and he was professional, respectful, and did a good job of validating my concerns. He made a clear effort to address the issues and communicate constructively, which I appreciated. Although they did not refund the full cost of the project, they did issue a $1,300 partial refund. While this amount was not ideal given the additional $1,807 I paid to another plumber, it was at least an attempt to remedy the situation. Based on this experience, I still recommend exercising caution when hiring this company, but I want to acknowledge the effort made by Blaine to improve the resolution process.

When I initially requested someone to come out and provide an estimate, I was told it was a free estimate. When the technician showed up, they told me that if I did not move forward with their work that day, I would owe them $79. This was never conveyed to me, which was very frustrating. I felt pressured to move forward with the work and they flushed my tankless water heater system, changed the Whole house filter, and installed a bidet in the master bathroom. They initially wanted to charge me $800, but were willing to match the price of someone else who was only charging $400. In retrospect installing the bidet was so easy that I wish I would not have used them since they charged me over $100 to do that particular job. After installation, the toilet seat did not sit correctly, and the technician told me that he would come out for free in the next 30 days and change it for a different one. When I called to make the appointment for that, another tech told me they would only do it if I bought a second bidet and they could charge me an additional fee for that. I feel like I was misinformed, and the technician that I spoke to on the phone the second time was incredibly rude and told me “we don’t owe you anything.“ So I will never use this company again.

Cornerstone did a complete replumb of my property. After a few years, a pipe came apart in the ceiling causing THOUSANDS in damages. After being assured numerous times, by multiple employees, they were a company based upon principals and would resolve the issue, as the was a direct result of poor workmanship by Cornerstone. I hired a reputable company to fix the damages (I personally paid for out of pocket) they decided they were not able to pay for the damages because the fitting was not available that came apart. Please keep in mind the fitting was lost as the ceiling was falling down because of all the water that had flooded the home. I have multiple photos showing the pipe separation. Additionally, every time you call their office, the supervisors are on a call or in a meeting and you are told they will call you back. Unfortunately, this is not accurate as I was lucky to get a call back 1 out of 10 times. Using email communication, I was lucky to get a response 1 out of 5 times. I would strongly recommend using a different company for your plumbing needs if you want a company that is honest and stands behind their work.

After purchasing my home, I decided to supply my own water softener system and hired Cornerstone Plumbing Company for the install. Luis was assigned to the job, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Even though the system wasn’t one they typically install, Luis took the time to evaluate the setup, plan the most efficient piping layout, and walk me through options. We ultimately chose to install it inside the garage, and the final result was extremely clean and well thought out. Luis also added a new water line for my garage fridge and upgraded my existing valves to quarter-turn valves, which was a great improvement. Throughout the job, he explained each step, asked questions when needed, and made sure everything was done correctly. He even worked through a missing part without delaying the project. I felt completely comfortable having Luis in my home. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and focuses on doing things the right way. I would highly recommend him.

I had a very disappointing experience with Corner Stone Plumbing. The customer service was poor from the start. The representative showed up hours later than both of the arrival times that were communicated to me, with little regard for my time. When the representative finally arrived, they briefly looked at the area that needed service and immediately began using a lot of technical plumbing jargon. When I politely asked for clarification and requested that the issue be explained in simpler terms, the representative seemed visibly frustrated. Rather than taking the time to help me understand the situation, they ultimately stated that they couldn't help me, got back into their company vehicle, and left. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive. I was left without any solution, explanation, or assistance after waiting for hours. Based on this experience, I will not be doing business with this company and cannot recommend them to others.👎🏾

TOP NOTCH COMPANY from the very first phone call! We just bought a house in St Pete and discovered we needed a draining/pump system for the overflow of water in our backyard. Richard came out the same day of my call, gave us an assessment, then came back over to meet with my husband in person in the evening to explain everything, what materials would be used, what his team of technicians would be doing etc. The next day Will and Steve came out and immediately got to work. They were extremely professional, personable, funny, easy going, and cleaned up everything as they went along during the project! Our dog loves all 3 of them so much she always tries to get in the truck with any of them when they leave and then sits outside looking for them after they’re gone, lol I will definitely use them again and again should we ever have problems with anything in the future!

Initial call - Explained dishwasher hose leaking and leak under sink. Came out in 24 hours, 1st guy looked at and said he did not work on and was too tall to get under sink anyway. He stated that someone that worked on issue would be out later. Then later same day, 2nd guy came and said he did not work on dishwashers. Called office and spoke with Plumbing Manager and he stated that they did not work on dishwashers and he would refund already paid ($375) amount in 3-4 business days. Said that the initial person who answered phone was at fault because they do not work on appliances. I told Manager that it was bad customer service since I had to take off a day of work and now have to schedule with someone else. I should have been informed that they did not work on my issue at the very beginning so that I did not waste my time. STAY AWAY!

Can't comment on the quality of Conerstone's work but suggest calling someone else if you're looking for good service from a reliable company. I scheduled an onsite visit to have my hot water heater replaced. I explained it was a rental property. I made Cornerstone Plumbing aware I was the owner and that I would meet the service person there. I gave them my billing address and the address of the rental property. Conerstone Plumbing told me they would have someone out there that same day. Several hours later, they called and informed me they do not service rental properties. By that time it was too late for me to make arrangements with another company to address my problem. Thankfully my tenant understood the delay wasn't my fault.

Great working with Rob. He recommended Cornerstone Plumbing — the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Rob is a born-and-raised local and has been around construction and plumbing for a long time, and it really shows in his knowledge and work. He’s super personable, responsive, and easy to work with. Anthony and the team were great as well — they came out quickly, were reasonably priced, got everything scheduled for the next day, and completed the job in no time. Great communication too — called me with every update. I’ve used them a few times since, and every experience has been just as good.

diagnose/repair supply line to outside bib. upfront estimate $4800. seemed excessive but had to be repaired. busted out couple square ft of apron and wall at outdoor faucet. Found pinhole, cutout and replaced copper and patched hole in apron/stucco wall. It was a good job. have tried to contact cornerstone about cost without success. Paid the $4800 but don't feel good about it. Obviously they imagined a much bigger project but got lucky as was pretty straightforward 4 hour job. If possible, get couple of bids or consider time/material before hiring cornerstone.
