I had a leaking water heater and was worried about a catastrophic flood so I contacted Cornel's Plumbing and they soon dispatched Jake to come out and assess the situation. I decided to replace the tank as it was an old one and Jake quoted me a reasonable price to replace it. He drained the water out of the leaking tank to make sure it did not bust and flood the house while procuring resources to replace the tank. The actual tank replacement went off without a hitch as Jake was very efficient in his work. I would add that Jake was very courteous, professional and he explained everything I needed to know about the new water heater. If Jake is a representation of a typical technician at Cornel's then I would say they have got a great culture there and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

That was the easiest water heater replacement in the world. 1 hour 48 min - Jordan D drained my old tank, removed it, set up the new one and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The thing about Cornel’s everyone should know: it’s just a turn-key solution, no fuss, just good work.

I purchased a new heat pump in January, and unfortunately it stopped working in February. It turned out that the original outdoor unit needed to be replaced. We used Cornel’s Plumbing a couple of months ago to fix a water leak and replace the pipe from the front yard water meter to our house and shower valve replacement. That was our first time meeting Jake, who did the estimate — he was honest, detailed, and offered very reasonable pricing. I contacted them again to replace our water heater. As always, Jake arrived on time today and called before coming. Most importantly, he gave a very honest opinion and clearly explained the pros and cons of electric vs. heat pump water heaters. Nathan and his assistant did a fantastic job replacing my water heater. It was very impressive how they managed to swap out a 50 gallon tank in an attic with tight access. They were prompt and efficient - everything was done within 2 hrs. Once again, the team was so nice. It was wonderful having every one of Cornel’s employees work on my home, from the estimate through installation. The crew has been amazing.
