Our verdict
45 of 100 reviews mention fast response and techs Tracy and Brayden are named repeatedly. Multiple cases cite the company finding leaks competitors missed — a slab leak under foundation, a main water line losing 2.5 gpm, and a toilet repair quoted at $1,200 elsewhere that came in under a third.

What reviewers praise
Brayden diagnosed a $1,200 toilet 'broken pipe' quote as actually an old feeder hose — total bill came in at less than a third of the prior estimate
1 cited review
“After getting an estimate of over $1200 from another plumber for a small leak from my toilet, I decided to reach out to Corey & Sons Plumbers after seeing them recommended online. I'm very glad I did. Brayden arrived quickly and took a look at the problem. He explained that the leak wasn’t from a broken pipe that would need an expensive repair like the first plumber said, but was simply due to an old feeder hose to the toilet tank that needed replacing. The total cost, including parts and labor, was less than a third of what I was quoted before.”
Found a slab leak under foundation that city water department flagged at 2.5 gallons/minute — explained every step of the repair and kept owner updated for multiple days
1 cited review
“Tracy and Brayden arrived, quickly located the leak, and found it was under the foundation. Because a lot of homes in Arvada were dealing with similar plumbing issues at the time, it took a couple days for them to return, but they kept me updated the whole way.”
Located two leak points on a main water line where a competing plumber wanted to drill more holes — final quote was about half the first company's
1 cited review
“we had a big leak in our main water line at our house in arvada. at first, we called a different plumbing company to try and find the leak, but they couldn't find it without making more holes in our pipes, and their price was really high. then we got tracy from another plumbing service to come out. tracy was able to find not just one, but two spots where the water was leaking. the quote we got from tracy was about half the price of the first company.”
What reviewers report — the concerns
Other directories bury these. We think you should read them before you call. Every concern below comes from the reviews it cites.
Red flag
Yelp 1-star reports tech Andrew ordered a part then went silent for a week on vacation with no notice; office staff allegedly hung up on the customer after they expressed disappointment
“Agree with all the other reviews. Andrew came out and gave me an estimate. Said he ordered a part. Then ghosted me for about a week. Called the office and learned he was on vacation. Would have been good to know, as a customer expecting resolution to the problem we had been working on that week. The girl was horribly rude, argued back with me many times, HUNG UP ON ME”
6 of 100 reviews mention slow response — at least one HOA condo job cited a different crew taking 'forever' compared to the named techs

The evidence — in reviewers' own words
Critical
“This company routed my phone call to a different plumber without telling me; I thought u was dealing with Corey and Sons but I was really working with a company in downtown Denver. I wouldn’t mind if they were up front about it but it makes me wonder whether this is a real plumber or if they just collect referral fees and route you to other places. Since I researched them and their reviews specifically this made me …”
“I would never recommend this company or owner to my worst enemy. The cause of all the damage shown in the pictures I posted started from improper insulation ducting making the unit to run almost non stop building up a more than normal amount of condensation. The improper installation of the drain caused the pan to fill and overflow at even lower level due to the furnace not being installed level.due to the improper …”
“I found this company through home advisor and have a review on the home advisory also. I am a verified customer. I met the owner Andrew and he was nice, a good salesman and he got to the project fast and everything seemed legit. However after installation, I noticed that there was a huge bubble in my ceiling and my hardwood floors were buckling. I had to,end up hiring a different contractor to come and access the …”
Positive
“This was my first time using Corey & Sons Plumbers, and I was really impressed. When I called, I got a same-day appointment, which was very convenient. Brayden, the plumber who came out, arrived right on time and quickly figured out what was wrong with my backyard faucet. He replaced it for me and explained that there’s a one-year warranty on the work. Brayden took the time to patiently answer all of my questions …”
“I've called on Corey & Sons Plumbers three times now for plumbing help. The first couple of times were emergencies right after I moved into my new house—there were some serious leaks that needed fast repairs. Tracy came over quickly and took care of everything right away. Most recently, I was remodeling my bathroom and needed the plumbing lines moved to install a new shower and relocate the toilet. This was a tough …”
