This was my first time using Corey & Sons Plumbers, and I was really impressed. When I called, I got a same-day appointment, which was very convenient. Brayden, the plumber who came out, arrived right on time and quickly figured out what was wrong with my backyard faucet. He replaced it for me and explained that there’s a one-year warranty on the work. Brayden took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and even showed me how to turn the water meter on and off—something I didn’t know before. His professionalism and clear explanations made the whole process easy to understand. I’m happy with the quality of the plumbing service and would definitely recommend them to others in Arvada.

I've called on Corey & Sons Plumbers three times now for plumbing help. The first couple of times were emergencies right after I moved into my new house—there were some serious leaks that needed fast repairs. Tracy came over quickly and took care of everything right away. Most recently, I was remodeling my bathroom and needed the plumbing lines moved to install a new shower and relocate the toilet. This was a tough job, but Brayden worked tirelessly for nearly 12 hours to get everything done just right. The service was friendly, the price was fair, and the dedication really showed. I highly recommend these plumbers for any job, big or small.

Our Navien tankless water heater, which usually works great, started shutting off during showers. Tracy from Corey & Sons Plumbers arrived the next day, listened carefully to what was going on, and figured out the issue in just a few minutes. Tracy explained the problem clearly and fixed it quickly with a small, affordable part. I was so satisfied that I asked for a full service on both of our tankless water heaters. The friendly and professional plumbing service in Arvada truly impressed me. I will definitely call again for any plumbing needs!

This company routed my phone call to a different plumber without telling me; I thought u was dealing with Corey and Sons but I was really working with a company in downtown Denver. I wouldn’t mind if they were up front about it but it makes me wonder whether this is a real plumber or if they just collect referral fees and route you to other places. Since I researched them and their reviews specifically this made me frustrated. I had no idea if the new provider was reputable and always want to read up about someone before they’re in my house.

Agree with all the other reviews. Andrew came out and gave me an estimate. Said he ordered a part. Then ghosted me for about a week. Called the office and learned he was on vacation. Would have been good to know, as a customer expecting resolution to the problem we had been working on that week. The girl was horribly rude, argued back with me many times, HUNG UP ON ME, after I expressed disappointment in the whole situation. Then continued to argue with me via text. On the same text thread that I had been asking Andrew for an update with no response. So clearly they had the ability to respond on that text thread with Andrew MIA. I had given referrals to friends which I will now advise anyone against using this company ever! The girl who was arguing with me was insanely rude and passive aggressive, saying 'have a great day!' after every attempt at getting a recognition that she had just hung up on a customer and offered ZERO sympathy or remorse for leaving me hanging. Disgusting. Rude. Horrible. Never use this company!!!!

I found this company through home advisor and have a review on the home advisory also. I am a verified customer. I met the owner Andrew and he was nice, a good salesman and he got to the project fast and everything seemed legit. However after installation, I noticed that there was a huge bubble in my ceiling and my hardwood floors were buckling. I had to,end up hiring a different contractor to come and access the damage and what was causing it. After he looked at it he immediately informed me that the work that was performed was not up to code in any way and done incorrectly that is could have caused great harm to my family. When I confronted Andrew with what had happened he came to my home and removed the wet drywall and wet insulation and then I noticed he was cleaning with products from my laundry room without my permission. I told him my husband was on his way home and wanted to talk to him, and he left abruptly. At that point my husband and I called our insurance company and they advised us to no longer deal with him and to not let him back into our house. Andrew stated that the workers he had with him in my home were criminals and that they had stolen the materials needed to ensure the job was up to code. When the job was finished Andrew did a final walk through an approved all the work and said it was up to code. We have been inconvenienced and put out due to this mans negligence and lack of work ethic and moral code. We had to come out of pocket to hire a contractor to fix all the immediate dangers that this posed to my family in order to use the air conditioner this summer. Although our floors and ceiling are still damaged we are no longer in danger. I would never recommend this company or person for any job. I have pictures but I can't post them on this sight. I may upload to utube soon.

The 5-star rating for Corey & Sons Plumbers is well deserved. We faced the worst plumbing issue since moving into our Arvada home. When the washing machine drained, water started backing up into the nearby shower and bubbling in the toilet. In the guest bathroom on the other side of the house, water even flowed out from the tub drain and under the toilet, flooding the floor and leaving us with a big mess and extra laundry. After a couple of phone calls, I finally reached someone who pointed me to the right professionals for a serious main line blockage. I couldn’t have asked for a better recommendation. Brayden showed up faster than we expected, listened carefully as I explained the issue, checked all the problem spots, and explained what was likely causing the trouble—which turned out to be exactly right. Brayden worked hard, clearing out the lines from several access points, and we could see everything improving right away. We even gave him a drawing of our home’s plumbing layout, which helped him spot where future issues might happen because of the old, messy pipework from a past addition. We all agreed it was best to fix it properly. A two-person crew returned and did the necessary cutting and capping, then rerouted the pipes so everything now runs smoothly to a bigger, central drain. They made sure to test everything thoroughly and even used a camera to show us their work inside the pipes, explaining what was done and giving tips on how to prevent similar problems in the future. We also decided to have a more accessible cleanout installed for easy maintenance. If you’re looking for skilled, thorough, and reasonably priced plumbing service, I highly recommend starting with Corey & Sons Plumbers.

i had a big problem with a clogged drain, which caused my basement to flood. after calling around, the first plumber i hired showed up quickly and cleared the blockage, but also did some extra work that i didn’t really need and charged me a lot. they came back again to run a camera through my pipes, then gave me a huge quote to fix a supposed “bellied pipe” and said i’d need to dig up the cement to avoid future flooding. i got a second opinion from another plumber, and their price was a bit better, but still high. then i tried another plumbing company that came highly recommended by a local plumber. brayden, the owner, looked at the camera video and said the drain cleaning hadn’t even been done right! he noticed that the video was taken while water was still running, which made the problem look worse than it really was. brayden and his team came out, cleared the clog properly, and showed me a new camera video. the difference was amazing—there was no longer any sign of a bellied pipe, and no need to dig up my floor. brayden and his crew were really honest and saved me a lot of money by not recommending work that wasn’t needed. i’d reached out to at least 5 or 10 plumbers in total, and most of them either couldn’t fit me in, only wanted to give an estimate after charging a fee, didn’t answer my questions, or just tried to sell me unnecessary repairs. these plumbers were by far the best: professional, friendly, and paid attention to the details. i highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help in colorado—especially with all the risks of pipes clogging and flooding around here. they really know their stuff and treat you right!

I would never recommend this company or owner to my worst enemy. The cause of all the damage shown in the pictures I posted started from improper insulation ducting making the unit to run almost non stop building up a more than normal amount of condensation. The improper installation of the drain caused the pan to fill and overflow at even lower level due to the furnace not being installed level.due to the improper freon charge on top of all these issues caused by the installer, the coil finally completely iced over and became a constant flow of water. This water soaked drywall and ran down the wall to hard wood floor causing it to curl. All this damage could have been prevented with a proper installation and the required safety measures required with a furnace installed in the attic. This is only partial report I received. This man Andrew put my son and I in danger by having " a thief"working for him and allowing him in my home. Andrew blamed it all on the worker stating that he had been robbed by the particular worker also. The same worker that worked on my home with my son and I home alone with him. Andrew did a final walk through and said everything was perfect and up to code. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. If you do decide to use this horrible company because charming Andrew talks his way out I would recommend paying him with a prepaid credit card because my card was compromised and maxed out after paying him.

We’re extremely grateful for the fast help from Corey & Sons Plumbers. During a very cold stretch in Arvada, we had frozen pipes that burst more than once, and the response was quick each time. The first crew arrived within about two hours, handled the plumbing emergency, and got our water service working again. Later that same evening, another team came out to diagnose and clear a backed-up sewer line at our kitchen sink, even though it was already late. Brayden was also very helpful and made sure we had a solid plan. The next morning, he returned to shut off the water and drain the water heater so we could leave town without worrying about leaks or water damage. As soon as we got back, the team returned to restore everything and check that the plumbing system was operating correctly. After that, the sewer line had another issue related to the freezing weather, and two crews came out quickly to inspect the problem and complete the repair. As first-time customers, we were impressed by the professionalism, communication, and hard work. They stayed responsive through a busy holiday period, explained the repairs clearly, and treated our home with care. We truly appreciated the emergency plumbing service, the quick pipe repair, and the peace of mind they gave us. They are absolutely our go-to plumbers from now on.

A colleague suggested I try Corey & Sons Plumbers when I needed a water heater replacement. I generally prefer to communicate through email, so I sent out inquiries to a few different businesses. Brayden from Corey & Sons Plumbers swiftly got back to me with a job estimate. Other companies either failed to respond or took a long time to do so. Brayden was incredibly flexible when I wanted to switch the tank model as I was interested in an energy star model. The installation process was smooth and the team of two was both professional and efficient. A few weeks later, I needed a Memo Meter installed and again I sought the services of Corey & Sons Plumbers. Brayden supplied an estimate and the final bill was actually less than anticipated. I was extremely pleased with this and appreciated Brayden's efforts to help me save money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Corey & Sons Plumbers to anyone who requires their services. I'm also considering using them for a future bathroom remodel. I've included a few images of the water heater installation. As the building code had been altered, they had to set up an expansion tank and substitute the pvc vent pipe. The replacement water heater was a bit taller, so they had to adjust the copper pipes. I believe the finished job looks excellent.

I recently engaged with a plumbing service for some HVAC tasks. Using my membership benefits, I easily scheduled the appointment and chose my technician. The service was absolutely top-notch. Tracy, the technician, was fantastic in every aspect: punctuality, execution of requested service, clear explanation of the process, and providing insightful information about current and potential future issues, along with solutions. Tracy's customer service was exceptional and made the entire experience enjoyable. This is the third time I've used this plumbing company, and every single time, they've been nothing short of outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. You won't be let down by either their pricing or the quality of their service. On another occasion, I used the same plumbing service to tackle a double clog in my bathroom sinks. Once again, I was completely satisfied with the work. Brayden, the technician, was proficient in identifying the problem and fixing it efficiently. What stood out for me was his excellent customer service skills. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again and would specifically request for Brayden to handle any future plumbing issues. A solid five-star rating for all aspects of their service.

This is the second time I’ve had this plumbing team come out to help with my condo’s pipes, and both times they’ve been fantastic. Living in a place with an HOA, sometimes you never know which plumber you’ll get, but when Brayden and Tracy showed up, I knew I was in good hands. A while back, I had a leak under my foundation that needed fixing, and Brayden took care of it quickly and professionally. Another time, a different crew came out for a similar issue, but they took forever and weren’t nearly as helpful. Luckily, when I had another problem recently with my copper pipes getting hot under the cement slab, the HOA sent Brayden and Tracy again. They arrived right on time, checked the floor for hot spots, and figured out exactly where the leak was coming from. Even though I had to go without hot water for a couple of days while everything was sorted out, the plumbers made the repair quickly and got everything back to normal in just a few hours. I really appreciated how clean, friendly, and respectful they were while working in my home. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbors because they do such a great job and really know their way around plumbing issues. If you ever need a plumber, these are the folks to call!

We needed help in Arvada with our leaking hot water heater, so we called a few plumbers to compare prices and services. Some companies couldn’t handle the type of PEX plumbing we had, and others either had high prices or couldn’t fit us into their schedule quickly. When we called, Brayden from the plumbing company came out the same day to take a look at our situation. He was able to schedule the replacement just two days later, which worked out great for us. Brayden did a really thorough job replacing our water heater. He added extra touches like a drain pan, a backflow prevention device, and pipe insulation, which the original installer never provided. He even hauled away the old tank so we didn’t have to worry about disposal. The total price was $1,500, which is a bit higher than the lowest quote we got, but the quality of work and the peace of mind made it worth it. Plus, some plumbers wouldn’t give us an estimate until they saw the job, which made shopping around a little tricky. All in all, we’re happy with the work and everything is running smoothly now. If you need plumbing work done in Arvada, it’s a good idea to get a few estimates, but we were very satisfied with the service we received.

After finishing a big home renovation in Arvada, my husband and I added two full bathrooms, including a custom steam shower. We spent a long time researching local plumbers and finally decided to go with this team. When we called the office, Tracy was friendly and helpful, letting us know that someone would reach out soon. Not long after, Brayden came by to look at our plans. Brayden was very professional and took the time to review everything carefully. He offered some great suggestions that we hadn’t even thought about, which really helped us finalize our design. The proposal came through email quickly, and it was clear, detailed, and fairly priced. We decided to move forward, and in just one day, the crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. They paid close attention to detail and made sure the jobsite was clean before leaving. Once the fixtures arrived, the team returned right away to finish the installation. Brayden personally walked us through the finished work and answered all our questions, making sure everything was done perfectly. The bathrooms look and work fantastic. We are thrilled with the results and will definitely call on this plumbing company again for any future needs!
