We’ve done cleaning work for Corell Electrical’s location, the owner, and the Vice President for many years — so I’ve seen firsthand their professionalism, integrity, and excellence behind the scenes. Rick and Alvin are WALKING ENCYCLOPEDIAS. But recently, I had the CUSTOMER experience, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park!!! We had noticed late at night a burning plastic odour coming from our main shutoff breaker — a serious concern. We shut off the breaker. Corell had Christian and Michael at our door the very next morning. Not only were they fast and efficient (replacing a 4-pole breaker in 30 minutes!), but they were also professional, respectful, and highly knowledgeable with due diligence in diagnostical tools. Service with a smile and enthusiasm and conscientious care! This wasn’t just some quick fix — it was peace of mind, delivered with precision. Corel Electrical and Plumbing have proven time and again why they’re trusted by both clients and those who work with them. We called for help due to having no working toilets and flooded bathrooms in our medical office. Johnny and Jim arrived within 30 minutes of our call and stayed all day until they were able to fix the issue. They were even mindful of our patients' special needs when using their machinery. Highly recommend their services!

If i could give this company negative stars i would. The company does well due to some of the workers as they are honorable men individually. But the company as a whole is a sinking ship made up of sticks and bones. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Call Wisler Electrical & Plumbing!!

CORELL PLUMBER ALMOST HAD MY BASEMENT FULL OF CO DUE TO LACK OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE!! They left exhaust pipe open, which is connected to my furnace and water heater. Absolutely bad and very unprofessional business!! I called them due to a leak from my water heater. They came next morning and suggested replacing it. I was not ready to get it done the same day, so they offered to drain the tank so I would not have to worry about it leaking until I got new one. They almost flooded my basement because the valve broke and due to the age of water heater, I understood and didn’t get upset about it. The plumber clearly told me that he talked to Chris ( probably the owner) and said that they wouldn’t charge me for cleaning the mess they created. My heat stopped working right after they took the water heater out and they had no idea what went wrong? When I told Chris I wasn’t going to have them install the new water heater, Chris told me he would send me a bill for the time and got really mad when I said I was told not to be billed because of the mess they created and they had to clean it. Chris was extremely rude and told me not to call them again and asked me to get HVAC technician on my own expense. I spent $90 just to find out it what was plumber’s mistake and $130 to get it fixed. The HVAC technician told me,” THANK GOD THAT MY HEAT DID NOT WORK, OTHERWISE MY HOUSE WOULD HAVE BEEN FULL OF CO IN NO TIME!!!”

To start off showed up randomly when they were supposed to make an appointment. The the guy comes out and was at the house for 2 1/2 hours to fix a leaking spicket and remove garbage disposal. The pipes were still leaking after he left. He couldn't replace the spicket no fault of his. Later I discovered the main shut off valve was leaking where the guy tightened it up too much and it ruined alot of things stored in the basement. They charged me for 4 hours of work because they charge for the guys drive time to the parts store( never heard of this) After all the leaks were finally fixed and water damage I was rewarded with $100.00 off!! I will never recommend them to anyone and next time I'll call Wisler Plumbing.
