Mr. Jarrett Mathis came to my home TODAY, even though it was late yesterday afternoon when I called and asked a plumber to come out and give me some estimates. First and foremost, Jarrett is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He’s also patient for customers who might not have all of the plumbing vocabulary and best practices committed to memory, but he does a GREAT JOB (1) diagnosing the problem he sees (2) he gives you different options you can choose to fix the problem and (3) he is upfront about which option will cost more so the customer can make an informed decision based on their individual budget. I’m locked in to get work done after the specific items I want are shipped from about-of-state vendor. Jarrett does a great job making the client feel comfortable and has endless patience when answering questions. He has the best customer service skill set that I have witnessed throughout a long renovation project I’m overseeing. I look forward to working with him on several important plumbing projects and would 100% recommend you give him a call when you want a conscientious professional to help you with your plumbing needs.

I am beyond happy with the services I received from Coral Pelican plumbing. The plumber, Jarrett Mathis, was courteous, extremely knowledge, and genuinely a really great guy, ie someone you are totally comfortable having in your home. Coral Pelican plumbing was one of 4 plumbing vendors giving me quotes to replace our 26 year-old water. Our kitchen water pressure was reduced. I assumed it was the water heater. Jarrett, in addition to providing me a fair quote for a new hater, also checked our house water pressure and the kitchen faucet for sediment, all as part of the quotation process, not an 'extra' service. None of the other vendors went the 'extra mile' to check if the issue was something besides the heater. I highly recommend Jarrett Mathis at Coral Pelican plumbing.

Having just recently purchased our home I didn't expect all the drains to clog up within a few months but they did. I called Coral Pelican Plumbing at 10:30pm on a Sunday Night and they were at my home before midnight. Davin and Jeremiah showed up and completely cleaned out the drains for 3 bathrooms, located the outside drain and replaced it completely, and reinstalled the three toilets. They were VERY knowledgeable, courteous, and hard workers. All my future plumbing business will go to Coral Pelican Plumbing for sure. Many thanks guys.

They will quote you $49 to "diagnose" the issue, but then the plumber will tell you it is $220 before he even touches anything. Called them after sending the plumber away to clarify what the $49 was supposed to cover, and just got an AI agent.

Unethical business practice. Plumber came, gave us a quote for installation. We accepted the price and told him to proceed. Even though we had informed the scheduling office that we already had purchased the water heater and we needed it installed, the plumber said he didn’t have the parts. It was only 2:00 pm, but he said he would have to return on Monday. We told him that would be fine. He then said he required a deposit to be able to return on Monday. We told him that is not a standard business practice and there is a Home Depot less than a half mile from our house. He then replied that their company was not the company for us. On that, he was correct! I would never give a deposit to return. Why would a plumber not have correct parts? Beware of this company’s business practices!

This job occured back in mid-march. So, it has taken me a while to put our experience into words. Davin and his crew are excellent individuals who responded to our very last minute emergency that occurred on a late Tuesday. We set everything up for the job to be completed; however, a few weather delays happened, no issues there. The moment they were able, the crew came out and replaced out main sewage line that ruptured. Where the hesitation for the review comes from is for the clean up. I understand the reasoning behind a third party assisting with the clean up; however, the job wasn't done well. Additionally, a lot of baggage was left on the curb with the impression the county was going to pick it up. They don't. Not in this area at least. A member of the company did come out and grab the baggage, so that did take care of that. I'd wish we would've been advised about that change beforehand, it's not reassuring having a stranger ringing the door bell at 7AM. One of the individuals hired was not polite or respectful, the other guy was okay. This was one of those jobs that has you sitting racking your head on what exactly led to certain situations. That's why this review took so long to write. We do appreciate the excellent work that was done here, and the crews response time and willingness to go out of the way for the customer. I would recommend them. As a suggestion, please choose a better third party to help next time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Life Savers! Danny is Phenomenal!I cannot recommend Coral Pelican Plumbing enough! When I had an emergency plumbing issue, they responded immediately and efficiently, making the stressful situation easy to handle. Their technician, Danny, was absolutely phenomenal! He arrived quickly, solved the problem in no time, and took the time to educate me on the repair, acting as a true professional throughout. Danny also offered great advice for future maintenance to ensure I don’t have issues down the road. The office staff was also incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. If you need a reliable, professional, and knowledgeable plumber in the area, look no further than Coral Pelican Plumbing and ask for Danny!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Economy Rooter. I had a clogged sink and a clogged shower head, and as a single mom, that kind of stuff can be stressful to deal with. The owner, Davin, came out with his plumber Donny, and they were both so kind, respectful, and professional. They got the job done very quickly, explained everything clearly, and even made me laugh while they worked. It is rare to find people who are not only great at what they do but also genuinely nice and easy to be around. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. I took a picture of them for this review because they truly deserve to be recognized. If you ever need a plumber, call Economy Rooter. You will not regret it.

I typically don’t post reviews on any social media site but these guys are BEYOND worth it! Technician (“Ace”) came to give me an estimate for a water softener I just purchase. Telling him the amount of the other quote I’d received, he said it was so low that he thought it impossible to come anywhere close; but, he called his boss(Dan) to see what he’d offer. Dan asked to speak with me; and, while he admitted the other quote was unbelievably low, because he wanted to acquire me as a customer, he gave me a figure only $10 higher. AND - Ace would do the job immediately. Within 3 hours (longer than anticipated because Ace also discovered and fixed a leak in one of the pipes!) we are happily up and running!

I chose Economy Rooter Plumbing team to replumb my entire home. The team (Jeremiah, Jeremy, Dan & Mike were outstanding! They were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They even helped me figure out how to make a future renovation I have planned less expensive and easier to access! Included in the price was a repair to drywall and the next day they sent a drywall associate to patch the wall. He was punctual and professional as well and took such pains to match the wall color. You cannot tell anything happened. I didn’t look forward to undertaking the project but they provided an expert value job! I have already recommended them to my friends

We had a sudden ending to our water heater. I called my usual plumber but he said that he wasn't a certified warranty repair person for that brand. After looking up who was I contacted James about replacing the heater. He told me exactly what I needed to do to get it authorized from the manufacturer and, after that was accomplished, he replaced itr as soon as the gas crisis from the hurricane had subsided. When we went to the store to exchange the heater they wanted to pro-rate it but James, as the authorized warranty repair plumber, straightened them out and it was swapped at no charge. 1.5-2 hours later we had hot water.

Above and Beyond! From the first conversation with dispatch, Wynne was pleasant, helpful and remained in communication with me throughout the process. Danny and Bobby arrived as scheduled and it was an extra plus to have the notifications from them that include pictures of the tech, vehicle info and location being a single female. These 2 were professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain as well as answer all of my questions. I would recommend and will be using them for any future needs.

Best move ever? No one likes moving but if I had to do it again for myself or family member I’d 100% book Xavion again. He and Trey were awesome. Courteous, helpful, friendly. Honestly the easiest move we’ve done. Efficient and outgoing as well, we booked them to move my mom from Sarasota to Tampa 10-1:30 it was done! They came highly recommended via the Moms of South Tampa Facebook group and for good reason. Would easily recommend them for any move.
