Teddy did a great job removing and replacing my upstairs toliet. Teddy does great workmanship. He's courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Very reasonable pricing too. I highly recommend Coqui Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I moved from another state into my late mother's home in Allentown. The city had shut the water off because they said there was a leak. Teddy walked me through what we would need to do over the phone. He made an appointment with me and came promptly at the appointment time to look at the issue and then he helped me work with the city to get the leak addressed. I cannot say enough about his honesty, how he conducted himself and his kindness. I will refer anyone I know with plumbing issues to this business.

Teddy is the real deal and a fundamentally nice guy — always provides excellent service and goes above and beyond. Very knowledgeable, and very reasonable (and transparent) pricing. Have asked him to fix our garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and take a look at a couple of other issues over the past 2 years, and he’s always a huge help. Pretty much plan to hire him for all our family’s plumbing needs going forward.

They never called me back. Guess business must be good. I had a new bathroom install for them to estimate.??? Yes I did leave a voicemail. You are not paying attention. So let's be honest. I don't know you and have no reason to put this negative review unless it were true. Be honest!

Coqui Plumbing is the only plumber I will ever use again.... I called him on a Thursday at 4:15 (his business hours are til 5 PM), he was on a job.... He told me that he couldn't make it the rest of the week at the times I was available. So, he would call me when he was through at whatever he was doing in Easton at that time and come fix my problem... My problem was a leaky gasket in a faucet and a stupid toilet flapper ....Nothing Emergency... Nothing that couldn't have waited til next week... He calls me an hour later and says he's on his way.... If you call him to do a job ...He will explain everything he is going to do... He will make suggestions for things you can do so he doesn't have to come back to visit you.... He's a fascinating man just to talk to and a great family man...( I offered to write his wife an excuse for missing dinner)...I was far from overcharged for the work he did... I have had similar done by another plumber in the area...(No names mentioned) Not good ....Call Coqui ...It will be done right the first time...and at a decent price

I have used this plumber twice and have been very happy. This is a single plumber not a big company so I wouldn't use him to do a really huge project but he has flexible hours, works hard and is honest. He fixed a burst pipe after hours as well as fixing the pressure relief valve on my water heater. He could have easily charged me to replace the water heater instead of repairing it. He also tackled removing my old dishwasher and installing my new one in a very difficult spot in my galley kitchen. Another plumber I had used before refused to even try to deal with the dishwasher. Teddy is also very personable and friendly. By the way my thoughts about using him for a big project could be wrong, he may have other resources he can call upon for bigger jobs. I would call him to check before I went to another plumber.

Teddy texted me because of the contact information that I left on the website. We agreed on a time for him to arrive to replace our toilet with a new one that we had purchased from Lowe's. He texted when he was on the way, and he arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He explained everything he was going to do, and gave us the price before work began. He did a great job and cleaned up before we reviewed the work that was done. He was friendly and easy to talk to, and he was happy to answer any of our questions. We have used different plumbers in the past, but we will use Coqui plumbing from now on.

Teddy is awesome to work with! He’s extremely informative and reasonable with estimates that I feel I’m not being swindled. He troubleshoots with you and gets to a resolution. I highly recommend him and will be using him for future jobs. Today was my second time using him. Another plumber said I needed all new pipes for the first issue Teddy came out for awhile ago ($4000estimate from other plumber). Teddy did some investigating and gave me homework and here it was my shower wall leaking. Not pipes and so no work was done. He’s honest and dependable, couldn’t ask for a better plumber!

Highly recommend Coqui plumbing for any/all your plumbing needs. I called and left a message requesting a quote and got a call back a few hours later from Teddy who asked a few questions and wanted to know when I would like him to come out. He was able to come the next morning and had all my issues resolved in about an hour. Not only did he fix a running toilet, leaky tub and slow drain, he also showed me what he did and explained each step of the way. Pricing seemed fair for what was completed and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I was lucky enough to get his number from my daughter and Teddy responded quickly (non emergency), about flooding in my basement related to sewer trap (unbeknownst to me). He arrived the next day to assess and offer a quote, he quickly found the issue, and fixed it quickly, his price was fair and affordable! He explained everything! Knowledgeable, fast, and a gentleman, I was very impressed! He arrived at 4 and was done in less than a half hour!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND WILL KEEP HIS NUMBER INDEFINITELY!!! We had four tasks, one of which is a toilet replacement, and all jobs were completed to our full satisfaction. Teddy came to our home on Tuesday, provided an accurate estimate, and promised to install the new toilet at 9:00am today if we purchased the recommended toilet on Tuesday. Sure enough, so said, so done. He was at our home before 9:00am, and efficiently, professionally completed all tasks in no time...!!! Very impressive. Thanks Teddy for your expert work, detailed explanations, and meticulous paperwork.... A job well done!

We discovered a major pipe leak in our basement and had little hope we could get it repaired quickly. I found good reviews of Coqui on a local facebook page, took a chance and called him. Within two hours he was at our house. He was able to get the materials and do the repair on the same day. He was very reasonable and completely honest with us. We will need more work in the future probably but he did not try to pressure us to do it now. Whenever it IS time to do that work though, we will definitely be calling Coqui!

Just absolutely incredible service. Arrived when he said he would be here. Did a first rate job. The cost was exactly what was quoted (no hidden extras). however, his strength is that he explained everything very thoroughly. He insisted I know what he was doing and why. Teddy is a real gem and I plan to use him for ALL my plumbing needs. One of the most honest and competent people I have ever met. AND his cost for the work was so inexpensive, I was just amazed. Super work at an extremely reasonable price.

Teddy @ Coqui Plumbing was outstanding to work with. We just had a kitchen faucet to install but it was a complicated one with batteries as a touch-free model and an oversized disposer was in the way. His estimate was fair and on par with expectations. Teddy was further a joy to work with and as a first time customer, his decades of experience was obvious in his work and explaining everything when the job was complete. Coqui Plumbing will be getting calls for all my plumbing needs.
