Copper Peaks is an outstanding company. We have done a few projects and some standard maintenance work with them and they have always done great work but have never left a review (just not review people). However, after today’s visit we had to leave a review. Jason was so easy to work and communicate with and the company was quick to take full responsibility of the minor issue that needed to be fixed on a previous project. They fixed it same day and everything was covered under their great warranty. One of the few companies, out of so many, that truly understands customer care and satisfaction. We will always continue to go through Copper Peaks for maintenance or any other future projects.

Copper Peaks Plumbing recently finished a whole-house re-pipe for us to replace our old polybutylene, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. For such a big project, the entire process was surprisingly clean and organized. They made sure our home was usable every single night and wrapped up the project within the quoted time frame. We collected five bids before choosing a company. Copper Peaks came in middle of the pack cost-wise, but the level of customer service we received was A+. Jeremy, our project manager, was always quick to respond and it was nice to have one main POC. Damien, the on-site lead, kept things running smoothly and would give a daily update at end of day. During the project, one of the team members accidentally damaged a glass lighting shade. They immediately let me know and ordered a replacement. Accidents happen, and I was impressed by their honesty in bringing it to my attention and how quickly they made it right in the most convenient way for me. I would absolutely recommend Copper Peaks Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work. They treated our home with care, communicated every step of the way, and delivered exactly what they promised.

Have you ever hugged your plumber out of relief, joy and appreciation? You will when you call Copper Peaks. They came out after a two day water outage (another story). I was beyond impressed with Jeremy - he legitimately cared about the problem, solution and me. I learned a lot about the situation too. He’s personable, professional & skilled. I trusted his word and work. The cost was more than fair. I will call Copper Peaks for all my needs.

UPDATE: People should know, their response to my review was 100% damage control and nothing more. After speaking with multiple people, and having (the same) installer come out, they did not handle any of my issues at all. I have so many more complaints now, but I realize they are going to go unhandled, and I want to make sure other people know it too. I considered dropping my rating to one-star instead of two, but didn't want to seem malicious (even if justified). ------------------------- Unhappy with the installation service, and the post sales followup. The installers made decisions about my home without consulting me at all (you don't put an exhaust on the FRONT of a home without first getting permission), and the installation was reasonably lazy with as many shortcuts taken as possible. Also, "leave it better than you found it" is not a motto they employed. I was also assured that I would be helped with all the possible rebates that I would be eligible for (tax, etc), but none of that has happened after the sale. All in all, I got the install, but not the quality or care that I would hope (and was promised).

Not responsive while trying to set up a bid. Very disappointing

When my kitchen sink started leaking, I reached out to five plumbers, and Copper Peaks was the first to respond. Their quote of $99-$149 was a relief compared to the $300-$400 another company had given me. Cole came out the next day, connected everything with new hardware, and even took the time to share some great tips on keeping the drain clean. He was done in just 10 minutes and didn’t need to cut a hole in the wall, which the other company insisted was necessary. Cole was so kind and personable—he even checked on our water heater while he was here and shared some stories about moving into his own new house. It was clear he really cared. I’m thrilled to have found a company I can trust and will definitely be calling Copper Peaks for all our future plumbing needs. Their communication and service were simply fantastic. I feel like watching a Disney movie and hugging an enemy!! 11/10 recommend 💕

I had Eric come out last week to assist with a second opinion on my AC unit as a previous company told me that my compressor went out. I wasnt fully convinced that was the case and had been recommended Copper Peaks from a friend of mine who works there (Jeremy). They sent their best out with sending Eric over. he come over and quickly was able to tell me that not only was it NOT my compressor that it was my fan motor, but he also replaced fuses and made sure our system was read for the next steps. Not only did he correct the other companies mistake, but also set up my system to be worked on by another company. Extremely respectful! After chatting for a moment with Eric, I will be getting my new unit installed through Copper Peaks rather trying to frankenstein it together like the previous company was trying to force me to do on a 25+ year old unit. Thank you Eric and the Copper Peaks team!

I called Copper Peaks for a sewer backup. The plumber who came out ended up calling a different company to jetty out the line. It was $1300 and the jetty company was at my home for about 15 minutes. They recommended replacing the line all the way from the house into the road. He told me the pipe could not be lined. He said they would get me a bid within 2 days. I never heard back from him. I had another company come in with a camera and they said the line had not been cleaned out well with the jetty. The line did need replacing, but they would be able to use a liner for part of the line. On top of all this, the plumber from Copper Peaks was very abrupt, wasn’t very understanding and didn’t follow through. I would not recommend them to anybody!

Copper Peaks sent out Jeremy, who arrived on time and notified us in advance of his arrival. He completed the job efficiently and provided a clear price estimate before beginning the work. What sets him apart from other plumbers we used is his dedication to diagnosing the root cause of the problem rather than simply replacing parts. We also appreciate his follow-up call to inform both us and our tenants on how to prevent the issue from recurring. Thank you, Jeremy! Colby from Copper Peaks came to our home to give a quote on installing a water filtration system that involved extensive work to reroute pipes. We live in an older home and have dealt with many plumbing companies over the years. From the get go, Colby was professional and very transparent about the work and cost. We hired him on the spot and he did a fantastic job. He had to cut several entry/access points into our drywall and he took great care to minimize the cut areas and did them in a way so that I could easily repair. They were reasonably and competitively priced. I would most definitely hire Copper Peaks again

They provided the best quote and were the most professional plumber we searched for. Clear communication/responsive, provided quality work, and spent extra time showing us what he was doing and providing education to us new home owners. He gave me advice on what plumbing work he would have done in his own home, and saved me from an upsale other plumbers had recommended. I've had terrible experiences hiring contractors in the past, but Copper Peaks plumbing did an amazing job and we will be using them again. If you get stressed hiring contract workers like I do, then count this review as a sign to hire Copper Peaks!

This company is by far the most honest company I have worked with. They were the 3rd quote on my “totally shot furnace and AC” and came back that the blower motor was the actual problem, and though they don’t recommend spending money on a 20 year old system they can definitely fix it. This was not an option with any of the other companies I called. I asked their rate on replacing so I could cross compare and like-for-like they were $4,000 cheaper. They’ve also helped a handful of my clients (I’m a real estate agent) and have been honest with them each time too for plumbing as well. Highly recommend.

Our water heater went out and we heard about Murray Plumbing. We emailed him and he called us right back. We told him the situation and he gave us his best quote over the phone. We contacted same day and Home Depot and their bids were hundreds of dollars more, so we went with Murray. We had already been without hot water for 2 days, and Matt went out of his way to work late and came the same day. We found him to be pleasant, helpful, honest and fair. He did a great job. I would definitely use him again, and recommend him to friends and family.

I have used Copper Peaks a few times now for various plumbing and HVAC needs and it is very evident to me that Copper Peaks has the best technicians and customer service in the area. Had my entire HVAC system replaced this week and Nick and team were incredible - in addition to the usual high quality service they were all very professional and communicative, taking the time to thoroughly explain things. Would highly recommend - actually I have since recommended Copper Peaks to my daughter as she is experiencing a major drain issue.
