Working with Cooper Plumbing was by far the best expierience I’ve ever had dealing with any contractor. They’re communication was quick, the availability was amazing, from initial contact/estimate and work completions was less than 72 hours. I was very happy with the price as well. Work looks good and so far functions as it should. His crew was friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn’t have hoped for better. Thank you cooper plumbing.

Justin and Logan were great! we had both our toilets replaced, and they did a nice clean job, were super friendly and very efficient! I have called on Cooper Plumbing before, including getting our water heater up to code, adding an outdoor water faucet, and replacing the water valve behind the refrigerator. Always consistent and very experienced! We will definitely call them on our next project. Thanks again!

Cooper Plumbing was on time. My plumber technician Dwayne was very nice to deal with. He probably could have got job done a little faster, but my old water heater refused to drain so we had to prod it a little. Removal & clean up when job was finished. Old water heater was just shy of 22 years.

Every time they come they sit in the truck looking for tools for half the time or are out there doing nothing. Also every time they come a new problem occurs would avoid them at all cost

If I could write a 0 start review I would. If you are a new home owner and have no idea what to do about hot water heaters do NOT use this company. Our hot water heater broke 2 weeks ago. We took a week to find a plumber (this company) that was local and figure out what type of water heater to buy. We called this company to help us figure out if we could have a tankless wh or if not what other wh would be best. We had an appointment to look at our breaker box and we were told we would get a call with a consultation about what type of wh wpuld be best. Instead we were sent an estimate for cost of work for a twh which was frustrating because we still lacked all information regarding whether we could get a twh. We called them to find out more information. Can we get a twh that would work for our 6 person home? If we cant what is our next move? We were told that they would not help us figure out what type of water heater we needed. Now we are back to square one. We dont know if a twh is feasible. We dont know what type of regular wh to get even if we dont decide to go tankless. We have no idea what to do. Thier google search pops up that this is what they do. Which is why we chose them. Do not waste your time with this company. The whole point of getting them to come out was to figure out what type of water heater would work best for our home. They told my husband to Google it. Update As you can see from their reply. They did not listen to me or to him originally. They are still not listening. We called them the day were were sent a estimate and tried to speak to them. We did not ask for an estimate. We asked what they thought as professionals about the type of water heater would be best for us and were told that they would not give us any advice and to google it. Now they are doxxing my husband and giving private information. I will be reporting this company to the BBB for doxxing their customers. Like I said....I highly suggest avoiding this company.

Just had Cooper plumbing out to fix old, seized water shut off valves (toilet and sink) throughout my whole house, a hissing valve in the toilet tank, and the washers and springs in the bathroom sink that was leaking. It was a lot of work, but they got it done quickly and professionally. I requested Anthony in particular, because he helped me with a leaking shower valve several months ago, and I found him to be reliable, honest, on time, a quick and hard worker, more than fair with pricing, and a pleasure to work with on the issues in my home. Anytime I asked him anything (like to show me where the outside main shut off valve was and how to access it), he was happy to oblige. He is polite and friendly and he really knows his stuff. Today, he was accompanied by Dan, who was also a really nice and trustworthy guy, and I enjoyed working with them both. They took good care of my house, cleaned up after themselves, and didn't bat an eye when I kept adding more and more requests to the repair order (it was initially just going to be the toilets but bc of the age of my house, I added in all the household sinks, too). I'd been sick lately, and the house wasn't as tidy as I would have liked it, but they were very gracious (and non-judgmental) about having to move a few things out of the way. If you need any plumbing repairs, you can't go wrong with this place. The office staff is great and responsive, and they get someone out to you right away. I'll be requesting Anthony & Dan whenever I have plumbing needs in the future. Great prices, great service, knowledgeable and friendly technicians - just everything you could want in a plumbing service. AAA+++

We received two calls informing when we could expect the plumbers to arrive. Two gentlemen arrived and were professional, friendly and fast. We were pleasantly surprised with the cost. We have absolutely NO complaints with them and your company and will always recommend Cooper plumbing . 2nd visit 2 years later We called Cooper Plumbing because of a leak in the kitchen floor which we thought was coming from the sink or dishwasher. Wow, were we wrong!!! Today we had the absolute pleasure of Randall coming to fix our problem, which we thought would be very expensive and destructive. Again, Cooper plumbing came through!!! Randall was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He found the leak very quickly. And had it repaired faster than I thought possible! Again Cooper Plumbing is on point!!!!! The only thing I would change is a way to leave a tip when paying with a card.😁 I can’t believe this wasn’t posted last year when I wrote it. It seems I’m more of a technotard than I realized., since I never hit “POST”. Today I called Cooper plumbing for two clogged toilets. I called and spoke with Gina who kindly informed me that they were double and tripple booked today. I told her I would wait, though it would be difficult. Moments later when the service manager passed by they found a way to schedule us between 2 & 4 today. Two gentlemen arrived at 2 and promptly rectified the problem. They were professional, and friendly. I’d rather wait until Cooper Plumbing can fit us in than call another company. I have nothing buy wonderful things to say in regards to their Professionalism, Expertise and Empathy.

My grinder alarm started going off while I was out of town. My neighbor shut off the alarm for me but could not get the grinder to work again. On the recommendation of a neighbor who had used Cooper Plumbing, I called and left a message on their weekend number. They promptly called me on Monday morning and had Robert out on Tuesday. Robert worked with me over the phone since I was out of town keeping me up to date on his evaluation. I approved the installation of the new pump and they had a new one delivered and installed within a few hours. I highly recommend Robert and Cooper Plumbing!

The 2 technicians that came to my house did everything they could and got the water tank fixed. They were very professional. I called Cooper plumbing to come in and look at the water tank after I called Avalon plumbing. Avalon plumbing said it needed to be replaced. And gave me a price of $1800. Cooper plumbing fixed everything for less than $300. So this company gets a 5 plus star. And for all my plumbing needs, he will be my first call. Once again, thank you very much Cooper plumbing And the 2 technicians

The technician was very thorough in the work performed. He explained everything in detail. The price quoted was the price paid. The work that he did was very nice and neat. We had to have work done on our lift station to replace the floats. He did a great job! We will definitely be using Cooper plumbing in the future. If you need work done on your lifting station or your grinder pumps, I recommend Cooper plumbing. 'Nuff said

Tim called regularly to update me through the permitting and exactly what to expect; plus offered a great price. This is the kind of local business I want to work with for years to come. The service technician Justin that came out to repair the outside faucets was awesome! A little mix up in the befitting but politely and professionally cleared everything up with myself and the tenant. He explained everything that was going on with the faucet and was Prompt in getting the job done. Thank you Justin for your professionalism and your great sense of humor. Tried this company out at the recommendations of locals, and glad I did! I was able to get same day service thankfully. Anthony & (i missed the other guys name) came and did an excellent job. Anthony was super helpful, had my water heater pipe fixed in under an hour, and the guys were super friendly. Price was reasonable/about what I expected! Would definitely call these guys back for future needs!

3/22/2026 2nd time using Cooper’s- Justin took the call and came within 10 minutes. Professional, quick response, friendly. Explained everything to us that would need to be done to repair a leak and broken pipe. Quick repair. Great work and service! Thank you! Professional, quick response, on time, friendly young men came out to unclog our bathroom sink. Great service!

They arrived about 8:30 and pulled out just at noon! Very polite, great crew! This review is for both the 1st and second time Johnnie came out. First was to replace the shower regulator valve. Very prompt and polite. Today he had to come and replace my toilet workings. It was so quick I had him replace the same in the guest bathroom. Highly recommend Cooper Plumbing!
