Mickey our serviceman was excellent. I had a problem with my sink and he assessed all areas and came up with a solution. He was so polite, took off his shoes when entering my house, and was a real gentleman. He communicated so well. He was so informative and knowledgeable. I want to note that one thing really important to me is when a company answers the phone when I call. There was such a nice woman who answered my call to Cooper each and every time I called. She was so nice!!! She really sets the tone for this company. It was so nice to talk to such a sweet and helpful person.

Had a professional, knowledgeable and courteous team from Cooper Mechanical replace my well pump and associated components, hose, electrical box, well cap. After investigation by Rich the well pump was identified as the failed item. The following day Rich and Mickey arrived at my home with a plan of action. They completed the install with detailed procession. The office was professional and courteous as well. Cooper Mechanical has been to home over the years dealing with my plumbing, every time has been a good experience. I would recommend, I trust their work.

We had our sewage pumps replaced at our business. Jake Starck and Rich Mignona got the job done in a reasonable time and cleaned up well. We are happy with the professional services we received with them through Cooper. We will continue working with them in the future if we need any more help with our facility plumbing.

Rich did a great job installing a replacement kitchen faucet from Kohler. He was easy to work with - friendly, explained everything and worked very cleanly. Would definitely recommend and have him come back again.
