CONSERVATIVE plumbing & electrical repair services

I had a shower upstairs that was leaking and started to show on the ceiling of the bedroom downstairs. So I needed a plumber that night! I called a big plumbing company but they couldn't get to my place until 3 days later. So I called Conservative - he answered right away and sure enough he was at our house just a few hours later, found the leak and fixed it. The bill was more than fair and I was happy to pay it. The whole experience was easy and super friendly. I'm definitely saving this number and calling Conservative moving forward for anything plumbing/electrical!

We have worked with Solomon a couple of times. Once for a kitchen sink issue and next for our cooktop gas line modification. We had very good experience both times. His work is top notch. He is very polite, easy to work, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a great plumber.

Highly recommend. I called GSG for some electrical jobs at my house in Johns creek. Services I received was beyond expectations. Mr.Payman was so friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of all our needs and in the process gave us some useful Tips on how to save more on our electrical bills. What’s amazing is that these guys also do all sorts of plumbing jobs. Great Service st reasonable prices. Now I know who to call for any electrical or plumbing jobs in the future.

🚨 🚨 SCAMMERS 🚨 🚨 I have been cheated by these people one year ago, I gave them 7000 dollars to start doing their job after giving me an estimate and they have never answered the phone again, more than 1000 dollars scammed It is a felony in this country. They were reported and called to trial last year and the court has not found them… A year later here they are again … we have all the evidence , contract and video of your visit …today is 09.09.2021.... let's start... soleman

Soleman is a nice enough guy and does quality work at a great price. However, he never follows through with his word, is late, or just doesn’t show up. Then he is on the phone the entire time with his wife while working. I would use his service again if he could keep his word and show up on time.

CIRCUS FRAUD Long text, weird story. Never encountered something like this in my life. Like a story from Scheherezade ! Where it's actually coming from. Job : Replace heating elements in an Electric Water Heater. Operation that usually takes 2-3 hours. He came at 12, left after 7.30. At 2, he went to Home Depot ( 5 minutes drive ) to buy new elements. He returned after 2 hours. Wife, ( works from home, Business Analyst at a big multinational ), asked him for the receipt, NEEDED FOR WARRANTY. He ignored her, mumbled something, went down ( basement ) to the water heater. She followed, insisted to get the receipt - something that every hired company had no problem giving to us, through 30 years ! He became aggravated, and yelled at her " Go from here !" In her own house ! He lied about Home Depot. He HAS NO RECEIPT. AT ALL. He threatened her, and "the house". Neighbors watched all this, from their decks, all around. We filed a report with the Police about our concerns about him - Soleman ( no last name given). He insulted my wife, he insulted me - I have his texts to prove it. I offered him $150 - as closure, for he forfeited his $270 original agreement by lying, and his unacceptable behavior. He refused, presumably in favor of small court. Looking forward to it.

These two men appeared professional and nice when they came to fix the kitchen leakage issue at the first sight. They put some of the pieces of dishwasher machine apart and told me to wait for a day to turn on the faucet and check if there is still leakage for the dishwasher machine. If so, they will come back to fix the rest of the issues on the other day. I trusted them and therefore I paid them in full for the price on the first day. HOWEVER, when I did check on the dishwasher machine next day, the leakage came back worse; I tried to follow up with them to see if when they will come back to fix again, they just made many fake promises that they were very busy and would come to fix after they finish their busy work first. One week past, they NEVER call or follow up with the issue and when I call them again, no one was responsive. Right now, the leakage is still happening and I could not even turn on the dishwasher machine!!! I paid for nothing to be fixed!! So disappointed!!! I was about to give them a 5 stars if they fixed the issue nicely or professionally! But if there is NEGATIVE 5 starts, I will definitely give them NEGATIVE 5 stars for all of these happening!!!

Our dishwasher leaked and caused our wood floor to rise in 2 spots. They came to check out the flooring pretending they have a license for it! They promised me to take care of those two spots by changing them and said it's easy to match. They also said if they can't find a similar type of wood, they will quickly get another type and match the color! after a couple of days of delay, they came, and instead of getting a small sample, they took out half of my kitchen flooring and promised to come back in a day to finish the job. Make a long story short, I've been trying to get a hold of them for the next two weeks, and they kept ignoring me and then finally after three weeks they answered and said, your floor is too old, we can not find similar material, and you need to let us change your whole 1st floor $$$$$. If I could give a minus star, I would. They left us with an unfinished floor and didn't care to let us know! They are not knowledgeable about what they say. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I had an unfortunately emergency with water from my kitchen leaking down to the basement. Soleman arrived promptly to repair the leak. He also helped fix two defective fill valves and added decorative shut-off valve to make my toilet look better. My bill was also very reasonable without the "emergency" upcharge. Best of all, the quality of work and customer service were best in class! I'm asking Soleman to come back to do some other jobs at my house, and I definitely would not hesitate to recommend him to others!

I cannot recommend Conservative enough? I called with an emergency issue right at dinnertime. He was here within an hour, found the leak within the wall immediately, and had it fixed in no time. All with a smile and positive interactions with the whole family. I have already recommended him to family in the area, and will continue to use their services with any plumbing need we encounter.

VERY FAIR AND RELIABLE AND FRIENDLY TEAM. I loved this company and definitely will hire them again. He was very clean and honest .I was in a situation that I didn't want to spend so much money on a new water heater and he did his best to fix it for me before I ask him to get the new one. and the cost was really fair .if you want a professional and honest person , just call this company.

I am a handyman and I have worked with a lot of different contractors. This company is honest, does what they say, shows up on time, does the work for the price they quoted and in my industry that’s hard to find. These guys are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone! I have experienced a lot of very bad people in my line of work and these guys are now my first call! Josh

I had a plumbing problem on a Sunday evening and had to shut off the water. I thought I would have to wait until Monday as most plumbers who advertise 24/7 are really not available as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised when GSG had no problem coming right away. The problem was fixed, the service was fantastic and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Mr. Soleman was extremely knowledgeable, professional, affordable and worked tirelessly to install new electrical wiring in our ceiling/walls, and light and ceiling fixtures. He exceeded our expectations and is the best electrician we’ve ever worked with.

Really good service and such hard working people. They wont disappoint you , plus having 2 year warranty for the service worth it. Amazing job and no complaints for any thing. All plumbing and electrical and other small stuff in my house was done with perfection. I highly recommend it to everyone !!
