We had Complete Plumbing compete with 2 other companies for work we had done at our business. They were not only the most reasonable in terms of quote, but they were the most professional, organized, and the guys who came out to complete the work were very nice and explained what was going on. They worked quickly, and most importantly cleaned up after they were done. Tina followed up with emails and called to make sure the work was done satisfactorily. I would definitely use them again!

Best customer service I've ever received. I called Complete Plumbing needing an evaluation and possible repair of two whirlpool tubs at my house and time was of the essence. Tina, one of the owners who answered the phone listened to my problem, looked at pictures I sent and agreed to help me. We exchanged at least 5 text messages and had that many phone conversations within a half hour. Tina, without my even asking, researched and contacted a whirlpool repair specialist who was better suited for the job - and they are hard to find! Tina sent me their contact information, spoke with them on my behalf, and agreed to be my backup until I was able to make arrangements for the specialist to come to my home. In less than an hour, Tina solved a problem I had been struggling with and stressing over for weeks! So intelligent, committed and responsive! Amazing…. thank you Tina!

The estimates and scheduling were done with Tina (President of Complete Plumbing Services) who was professional, personable and offer numerous options. All work was clearly spelled out and deliver in written format that was easy to understand. The install was done by Nick, who did a great job. He was very professional, polite, neat and quick in his work. Very satisfied, actually quite pleased in that they came in under the estimated hours reducing my cost of service.
