An excellent experience overall. One of two (out of six) companies that said they wouldn't have to remove drywall to re-plumb our kitchen sink/RO, one of the most affordable of the companies, and the plumber assigned to us, Natalie, was fantastic. She was very personable, explained what she was doing/the process thoroughly, and was great with our two dogs as a cherry on top. Thank you!

We called these guys in when we felt like we were getting got by another plumbing company. They were straightforward, honest, and were able to come help us quickly. Jon was great, and we’re glad that we switched to complete for the service we needed!

I have had the best experience using this company. I have used them 3 times within the last month. I first used them to unclog a toilet. While they were here, I asked Vidoll about needing to fix or replace my non functioning Jacuzzi tub. I had called many plumbers and contractors and I could not find anyone that wanted to tackle this project. He was able to quote me a price and put me on their schedule. When the tub was removed we encountered additional electrical issues that caused the tub to not function. They recommended a local electrician to perform that work for us as well. In the interim, we had additional drain issues a few weeks later that we called Aubrie to send someone out to address. The drain clog was found with their camera and removed it within 20 minutes of arrival. We revisited the tub project and Vidoll found the parts on line needed to bring our old tub back to life prior to reinstalling it. He came back today and put everything together out in the yard and tested the motor and switch and checked the tub for leaks. The tub is now fully functional and my wife could not be happier. Happy wife, happy life. Vidoll, Aubrie and Shaun and the rest of the team have a vested interest in their customers at a reasonable price which is extremely rare these days. Highly recommend.

Great service! Highly recommend Complete Plumbing! I called on Monday morning and they came that afternoon! We started having an issue with our 8 year old gas fired tankless hot water heater. Intermittently it was not producing hot water and the water heater control panel displayed error code 11 and was beeping. Turning the breaker off and on to reset it did help but it was doing it more and more. Jon B. from Complete Plumbing and Drain LLC came and ran a complete set of diagnostics. He checked the gas pressure, cleaned the burner, checked the circuit board, and performed a flush. His diagnosis was the heater was fine but there was an issue with gas pressure coming to the house and suggested I call Teco Gas to replace the gas regulator. I called Teco Gas, they came the next day, replaced the gas regulator, and the pressure readings were back to normal! Jon B. was great! Very thorough and professional and he explained everything to me! Will definitely use Complete Plumbing in the future!!

Jon B from your company serviced our drain this past Tuesday, after coming out the preceding Friday for a look at the job and a discussion of our issue. Jon arrived on time, as scheduled, and worked diligently to resolve the issue, even when the issue seemed that it wasn't fully resolved. He went the extra mile, so to speak, to get to the bottom of the issue, and then resolved it, and let us test the resolution! The price was more than fair, the work done was professional, he kept us informed, and was clear in his discussions with my husband (and me, who had LOTS of questions!) and was patient enough to answer them all. He was here on time, finished the job in less than a day, and are very happy with the way it was done. Keeping us informed all along the way was crucial to our understanding of what was happening, and why, and how it was ultimately resolved. For 2 days prior of calling, my hot water was coming out with a rusty color in it. I new my water heater needed to be replaced since it was very old. I called complete plumbing a little after 8:30 am on a friday, I dont remember the lady's name that picked up but I explained what was going on and she told me we can have a plumber head your way in 5 minutes, I said damn and just laughed because I couldn't believe how soon it was. The guy got here in less than 10 minutes after hanging up the phone with her. He told me the options I had, I chose to have him replace the water heater with one that i had in the shed that was only 3 years old that a friend gave me, and in no time he replaced it with no issues. All around fantastic service. I found them with a Google search and I rely on reviews to do my decision and when I saw the reviews it was an easy decision. That's why I had to leave one too. Thank you for your quick and wonderful service.

On 2/7/24 I had an estimate for a drain repair in our garden tub by Jon B. From Complete Plumbing Of it was nearly $5,600.00 less than an estimate given by “ Cool Today”. Tech Jon B. Also Previously in Jan 2024 installed our new 40 gal. Hot water heater tank for nearly $1,500.00. Less than and estimate again from “Cool Today”. From Aubrey in the office to tech Sean and most importantly tech Jon B. The customer service and installation and repairs were OUTSTANDING!!!!! I Will not use anyone else for my plumbing and drain issues but Complete Plumbing & Drain Jon B also needs a promotion and PayRaise TODAY!!!!!! Saw the Complete Plumbing & Drain truck parked in the street and ran next door to catch him before he left. It wasn't an emergency, but I just needed help replacing an external faucet. Jon B. was friendly and offered to take a look since he just finished at the neighbor's house. He told me what needed to be done and showed me the correct faucet needed from his truck. Obviously, I did not have the tools or know how to change it, so he said he could do it right away and I hired him. Completely professional, job was complete in about 10 minutes, he tested everything, I paid him, and he was on his way. I definitely won't hesitate to call Complete Plumbing & Drain again for any future plumbing needs!

He came out multiple times and was always professional, patient, and easy to work with. He explained everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It got to the point where I fully trusted his judgment and knew the job would be done right. I’m extremely happy with the results and have already referred him and the company to others. I had a technician named Natalie come out today for my toilet that wasn't flushing and she explained everything and fixed the issue and she was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with and friendly so that was really cool. Also the price was reasonable definitely less than I thought it would be so that made me happy. Luckily, I found Complete Plumbing Services, and their quote was not only fair but also included two toilets with warranties for a reasonable market price.
