Complete Plumbing

I have been in Supply Chain for more than 45 years and I can't remember the last time I've worked with such a GREAT company. Complete Plumbing did an absolutely AMAZING job replacing the 25 year old shut-off valves under my kitchen sink. Shaun and Cameron were fantastic—professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. They’re true modern-day craftsmen who take real pride in their work. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and left the area spotless.

They have prompt response times and a knowledgeable capable person on the phone. The information prices I was given initially was the same after the job was finished. He communicated appropriately the plan and followed through as discussed. I called them into the mess if a backed up tub and toilet and they addressed all my issues without making me feel some type of way. I expected to do some clean up, but they even cleaned up the tub and toilet. 10/10 I highly recommend!

Shawn and Nick did a great job on repairing and replacing several pipes that were rusted. They spent over 5 hrs working in the kitchen and bathroom. The clean up was awesome. I am very pleased with the professional job they did. Highly recommend.

Complete Plumbing has installed a Water Heater in the past (2021) and now it has gone bad. They helped us to have a technician and found that the water heater was bad and under warranty. They didn't cover labor under warranty and just covered the water heater. They charged 158 USD per hour for picking up the water heater from the store which is a major part of the installation charges. 1hr 40 minutes for pickup of water heater and total installation was 3 hrs and 45 minutes. Ethically, I calculated In time and out time which was coming around 3hrs 15 minutes. (excluding diagnostic time which is 15 mins only). Once we get repair with them they shouldn't charge for diagnostic time. Anyway, I paid for full amount but I am not happy with it. They should be a little reasonable with the total duration. OR They should have a different amount of charge for Travel and not 158 USD per hour for travel. I do have a recording camera which can also help to verify the timing that I am mentioning in my review.

Excellent work, very trustworthy company! My husband and I don’t handle stress well especially when we had a big problem with the sump pump discharge line. I decided to try Complete Plumbing based on their prior positive feedback. They were very prompt, courteous and professional. We were very satisfied with the quality of work. Their pricing was reasonable as well. Complete Plumbing made me feel like a valued customer and handled business like true professionals. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing problem!
