Thank you Jordan, Ty, Landon and Will! Our downstairs bathroom and kitchen were overflowing from a clogged drain leading out of the house. They showed up to help promptly and worked hard on the issue for several hours last night, explaining everything as they went along. They weren't able to solve the issue immediately but came back with another team this morning and everything was fixed in 30 minutes. Super professional, kind, and very fair pricing. We have our water and house back, thank you guys!

Landon and Tony came out to fix a stoped up tub and sink. They fixed the problems in a short amount of time. They were very knowledgeble, professional, courteous and provided excellent customer service. I had CPH come out another time they fixed the problem, and they noticed the cap on the tap out was broken letting sentiment in the line, so the technician went to Home Depot and bought the top, brought it back and replace the brokent cap. When we asked him how much we owed him he said nothing. This is the kind of service you can expect from Colonial Plumbing and heating.

All I can say is thanks to Noah and Will at Colonial Plumbing because they saved Christmas breakfast for our whole entire family. We came home the evening of the 23rd to find our sink backing up when we ran the garbage disposal or dishwasher. We called Colonial Plumbing and they came out bright and early on Christmas Eve and were able to troubleshoot and repair the issue. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very polite. Will definitely call them again. Thank you Noah and Will.

Colonial Plumbing & Heating was contracted to connect a newly installed vented gas fireplace. A previous gas approved plumber had been onsite and could not complete the job and did not show for two other appointments. Colonial Plumbing sent gas technician Carter Brink to evaluate & repair a close quarter connection and placement of an isolation valve and make the connection back to the gas piping. My wife and I were very pleased to see Carter arrive on time and exhibiting a cordial greeting first thing. Carter spent several hours making the repairs with a jovial and knowledgeable attitude. Carter exceeded my expectations as he was very systematic in his reasoning and exhibited excellent critical thinking skills to resolve the close quarter issue. Carter further exhibited "great customer service" by working through the gas fireplace dealer on the phone with a solution for pairing the remote control to the fireplace. I would not hesitate to have Carter Brink of Colonial Plumbing & Heating to resolve any future plumbing/heating/HVAC issues that may transpire. My technician's name are John and McKenzie. Both were professional, very knowledgeable and neat. They diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed. They Fixed my heating issue with delay.
