After replacing a 37 year-old well pump, we began to have issues with the pipes/plumbing in our 107 year-old guest house. Joe promptly arrived at the scheduled time, assessed the problem(s) and water was once again flowing in the kitchen and bathroom with greater pressure than before. The labour and parts costs were quite reasonable for the amount of work involved. We are so pleased with Collins Plumbing and will be scheduling an appointment to replace the commode in our guest house. Thank you, Joe and Collins Plumbing.

❌ Untrustworthy and Unresponsive ❌ I had a terrible experience with this company and the plumber they referred me to. The plumber claimed to be at the property when he wasn’t. Someone on-site confirmed he wasn’t there, yet he still asked for permission to enter. After realizing the deception, I tried contacting the company, but they started ignoring my calls. Completely unprofessional and dishonest—beware before doing business with them! 🚫👎 I only gave 1 star because there’s no option for 0! 🚫👎

Our hot water heater pilot went out and we were not able to re-light it. Collins Plumbing was able to send someone right out. Ryan showed up and was unable to drive his vehicle up the snowy roads. He parked and walked the long road and steep driveway to help us! Of course he got it lit quickly, checked it again before leaving and was very professional and personable..
