We received quotes from a lot of HVAC companies and ultimately used Clover. Ryan did an awesome job at helping us figure out the issue with our Furnace - blower motor and inducer was bad. Since the unit was so old (20 years old) we went ahead and replaced that. We noticed major corrosion on our water heater and I asked them about fixing the dryer exhaust pipes in the wall because somehow that was crushed. Long story short we replaced the furnace, water heater and they fixed the damaged dryer exhaust pipe in the wall. They even replaced/fixed all the old gas and water pipes hooking up to the furnace/water heater. They did an awesome job. We added on some extras like the Honeywell air filtration system and the extra home air purifier with a humidifier for the home. This has helped tremendously with allergies, and dry nose during the winter. I only have the “after photos” but compared to before it looks 100% better, our furnace works great now. The piping system is still complicated but they made it way better than before. Also want to say thanks for the muffins.

I called 6 different businesses in my area for quotes to have my broken and leaking water heater replaced. Clover hands down had the best value AND the best customer service experience! I was blown away! While most companies charge for a quote or require a technician visit, Clover offered me a free, no-hassle quote over the phone by simply sending a few pictures (which they offer for certain services). I initially spoke with Lizzie on the phone who helped me get the process started. She was extremely helpful, understanding, and responsive with my primary call and follow up questions. She also walked me through their many guarantees and signature service benefits. After choosing Clover, they were able to schedule me for next day service to quickly have my water heater replaced. The service technicians (Austin and Ricky) were incredibly professional and walked me through everything they were doing. They are clearly knowledgeable and highly trained in their craft and we’re well equipped to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Clover and will plan on using their services again if needed!

Clover Services was one of very few responses I received (and were extremely quick) to respond to my request for an estimate to repair (but most likely replace) my elderly father's old boiler system from the 1970's. They arranged for one of their best technicians to evaluate the system as soon as possible and he spent a lot of time analyzing how best to replace and dispose of the the old system. Their prices were competitive and the total amount was exactly what we expected it would cost to replace. The company went above and beyond to get the equipment ordered and installed as quickly as possible so my father would have heat in time for the cold weather. This was not an easy job and not one that many companies wanted to attempt - but Clover Services, Ryan and all of their technicians took this job without hesitation and worked hard for two days to get it done. Ryan, the lead tech, was extremely professional, communicative and friendly (as was Wendy in the office) and they both made sure I understood the estimate, the timeline and all that the job entailed. They also treated my father and his home with dignity and respect. They did a fantastic job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

On Jan 16th I called CLOVER HVAC service because my HVAC was shutting down and home wasn't heating. They sent two technicians to home in short time. They observed the code 31 or 13 flashing on the carrier HVAC and told me it’s the pressure switch that is faulty. Since they claimed they were licensed and experienced technician I trusted them and paid $478 in total ( $99 for the visit + $379 advance payment o replace the pressure switch for next visit ). After they left, the HVAC system was working, blowing hot air but doesn't take break when indoor temperature reaches thermostat set temperature. (This is quite dangerous for multitude of reasons). It was like furnace inside the home. I called them to visit home and check. They suggested, I should attempt to fix while they instruct me how to do it on phone. WHAT A WORST IDEA. JUST to keep my property safe I attempted it with lot of hesitation and fear of the furnace. Then I see the furnace started accumulating water quite close to the electric/mother circuit board. I was scared because its basic electrical 101, water with active current is a worst scene. They came back on the same evening and fixed it. I was really unsatisfied & frustrated and called their office and ASKED THEM "PLEASE CANCEL MY NEXT SERVICE OF REPLACING THE PRESSURE SWITCH" because of their inexperience and the mess. They told me that they will refund that day visit cost $99 and will send a senior technician to do "FULL SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC CHECK AND IF AT ALL NECESSARY, THEY WILL REPLACE THE SWITCH". I didn't like the idea but I finally agreed after they repeatedly declining to cancel the next appointment with them. Then the senior tech came and couldn't really pinned down the issue and replaces the pressure switch without concrete evidence. The HVAC ran fine for 4 days and on fifth day it started flashing the same error code 31 or 13 . I called them and they sent same senior tech again as soon as they could. At this visit he claimed he did what he should have done in his earlier visits . i.e HVAC 101. ANY LICENSING SCHOOL WOULD TEACH THIS, WHENEVER HVAC FLASHING PRESSURE SWITCH CODE YOU SHOULD 1) OPEN THE BLOWER FAN, CHECK FOR ANY CLOGS, DEBRIS AND CONDENSATE LIQUID? THEY DIDN'T DO THIS. NOT EVEN TOUCHED IT. 2) CHECK EXHAUST, INTAKE AND DRAIN PIPES TO CHECK FOR ANY CLOGS. THEY DID EXAMINE THIS. 3) CHECK THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS FOR ANY ISSUE. THEY TESTED THIS. WHY DIDN’T YOU CHECK THE BLOWER FAN?? WAS IT TOO SIMPLE AND DOESN’T COST MUCH TO CUSTOMER? The HVAC stopped working again for the second time and this time knew I will be a total fool if I call them because $379 + three CLOVER technicians + four visits couldn't fix it . Either they knew what was the problem and they choose not to operate and scam me by replacing a well-functioning part or they don’t know above point (1). By looking at the below attached pictures and not doing HVAC 101 point (1), you might be convinced the first case is likely true. i.e they wanted to do something which would bring more money and not doing simple cleaning which could have done during their first visit for just $99. After waiting for two cold nights a genuine technician came and said there is nothing wrong with old pressure switch (he tested it by replacing it) or another component. AND just the ducts and pipes needed further cleaning. IT has been a couple days it’s working. I called them for a refund since they claim "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE” if their service was unsatisfactory. SINCE YOU COULD FIX THE PROBLEM AND DIDN’T DO THE BASIC CHECK IN YOUR FIRST VISIT YOU SHULD REFUND. They tell me, they already gave $99 discount and cannot offer any further discount. I WANT TO REMIND; YOU GAVE ME $99 BECAUSE YOU PUT MY WHOLE HVAC AT RISK BECAUSE OF THE WATER LEAKING FROM THE EXHAUST PIEPE. IT WAS YOUR FAULT. YOU DIDN’T DO A FAVOUR TO ME. Now I am asking for refund because even after four visits and charging me $379 you couldn't fix the issue AND REPLACED A WELL FUNCTIONING PART WHICH WAS TOTAL UNNECESSARY. You break my confidence and trust.

Not a good experience. First time and ordered fettuccine chicken it was cold. The place was clean but food was good. Added garlic bread it was over cooked. The last straw was I had a $50 Fountain Grill gift card bought in April but the waiter said he could get it to work.were his words which I paid but not worth going back. Beware of getting any gift cards from them.

**** 4 1/2 stars **** ---------------------------------------------------------------- I would have never heard of Fountain Grill if I hadn't seen Yelp friend Heather R's review of it. After reading her review, I knew we had to give it a try. We went there on a Saturday just before 5 p.m. ; there were already a few occupied tables and a couple of people sitting at the bar. When we entered, a staff member greeted and seated us. We had looked at their menu online but still gave it another look after we were seated as they don't list their beverage menu on their website. Another friendly staff member came by to take our order. For drinks, I had a mojito and my husband had a Coors Light. For dinner, I ordered the "French Dip Sandwich" which consists of: "thinly sliced steak tenderloins grilled to perfection served with caramelized onion, provolone cheese on a sub roll". There was also dipping sauce. Most entrees here are a la carte. I chose green beans for my side. My husband ordered the "Classic Cheese Burger" which had two types of cheese on it---American cheese and provolone. The sandwich was garnished with lettuce, tomato and sliced red onions. He chose fries for his side. As for the food --- My mojito was okay. There was a generous amount of muddled mint in it. The prominent flavor was lime which lent a somewhat bitter taste to it. The French dip sandwich was fine. The meat was properly prepared and, for the most part, tender. A good sandwich...but...I still think Blue Ridge Grill makes the best French dip sandwich that I've ever had. As for the green beans---I was very impressed! They were fresh not canned. I've become so used to having canned green beans at restaurants that Fountain Grill's version was a pleasant surprise. My husband tasted some and agreed with me. My husband really enjoyed his burger. He ordered it cooked medium and it was properly prepared. His fries were piping hot. I tasted a few and was impressed with them. They are salted which adds to the flavor. His one concern was that he thought the bun was soaking up a lot of the juices and he worried that it wouldn't hold up but it did. Overall, we were impressed with the friendly and attentive but unobtrusive service. The place's ambience has a cozy neighborhood restaurant vibe. The one thing they should consider changing out (and this is my opinion) is the cushions in their booths. They are cloth and, as we all know, such cushions are prone to getting food stains that aren't easy to clean. We will definitely return. There are other menu items that I would like to try as they sound good.

On my own for dinner one night while traveling on business, I stopped in at Fountain Grill after seeing its Yelp rating. Tucked away in a shopping center, the smallish eatery has a combination family restaurant and sports bar feel to it, but after being given a cozy booth near the door and seeing all of the families visiting and hugging the staff, I knew this was a local favorite worthy of its rating--at least so far. How would the food and service measure up? Service was friendly from start to finish, including the manager (I think), checking in to see how I was liking everything, and a server willing to give me his feedback on the menu items I was thinking of. I checked out the menu, which has a fair number of offerings, even if not huge. But that's part of the appeal of this place. There's plenty to satisfy most people, but they apparently try to do what they do well. I ordered the beef tenderloin with mashed potatoes and green beans. Every item on the plate was delicious, perfectly cooked, and nicely seasoned. For example, I never had to add salt to anything, nor did I feel like anything was too salty. Next came dessert, and I couldn't resist trying their banana cake, since I am bananas about bananas. :) It was better than I imagined. Oh my, super delicious! A large slice that tastes housemade and not artificial. If they aren't baking this themselves, they need to keep the bakery they are getting it from. Incredible. I ordered the sweet tea to drink, but it was not very sweet, so I added one packet of sweetener, and that took care of the issue. I waited maybe a couple of minutes longer than I thought I would for my entree and then again for my dessert, but nothing at all to complain about. I think they are just taking the time to do the meal right, but I mention it just in case you are in a big hurry and want a place that moves really fast. That said, I think if you told the staff that you need to be out by a certain time, they would likely oblige you if they can. All in all, I was super happy with my meal and my visit here, and I will gladly come back again on one of my next visits to the area. :)

Manager Yisham and Host Rob; Food was sooooo good, but service exceeded any customer service we have had in a long time, truly TOP NOTCH, and I will tell you why. We were leaving Zava Zone hangry and really we were looking for a good beer and margarita. We had a special need that would had prevented my hubby from getting a beer but Yisham went above and beyond to make it possible. We saw a review that had nachos and our kids were disappointed that it was no longer on the menu. Yisham went next door to the taco place for chips and made the nachos anyways! I could end here in how they deserve every bit of five stars. This was truly the level of customer service an owner of a business with an excellent spirit would put in. I've seen great entrepreneurs but this service exceeded all, truly. We ordered ribs and fries/mashed potatoes - DELICIOUS. I wasn't expecting the fries to be AMAZING as well, I'm a huge fry fan and they were the best I've had in a while. Seasoned well and perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside (it's the little things, when you know you know). Sauce was perfect, juicy and tender, we didn't waste a bite. We ordered 12 wings half Korean (saucy), half lemon pepper (dry rub), PERFECT, juicy on the inside and crisp on the outside, seasoned well and he said they are never frozen, made fresh, and I believe every word, they were superb. Drinks...I am a huge margarita fan so maybe a little picky, I do not recommend the house special margarita. Based on the ingredients you'd think it would be a hit but I think it was there sour mix that was lacking, it had a bit of an after taste and was lacking the fresh zesty taste that fresh lemon/limes bring to it otherwise. I did appreciate however that you could taste they did not skimp on the alcohol at all. I wanted to like it because service was so amazing but I ended up trading for the peach bourbon punch and it was really good. Toward the end they gave us several free dessert vouchers and a free banana cake. I'm not a huge fan of baked walnuts but I love banana cake and it was YUMMY. Will definitely be returning here for sure!

I called ahead of time a week or so in advance to arrange a reservation of approximately 30 people for a team dinner as we were in town for a hockey tournament, traveling with our 14 year old son's team. I spoke with Malik and he was more than willing to accommodate our group ahead of time, even though they typically don't take reservations. Coming from out of town, I had no idea what a cute, quaint and small restaurant this was and chose it solely based on the menu. Upon arrival, the entire staff greeted us with open arms. Our group ended up occupying 7 of the 9 tables in this small restaurant. They were incredibly accommodating when we requested separate checks for each family and the service was extremely attentive as the entire staff worked as a team. The variety of food and drink choices on the menu as well as the quality was exceptional. I don't believe I heard anything but incredibly positive remarks about their meal from anyone in our group. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing the kids to sit at separate tables from the adults and joining our checks together based on Jersey numbers, which was a new concept to them, but they implemented it flawlessly. The menu has an incredible variety of both food and drink options. All of which that our group experience were excellent and made fresh and to order with quality ingredients. Not to mention the bartender who we suspect may have been the owner paid a personal visit our table to share the recipe for the house special drink that we had ordered and thoroughly enjoyed. If you are ever in the area and have not experienced this gem, I highly recommend this restaurant. Everything from the planning to the staff, Service, food and atmosphere was exceptional and if we find ourselves in the Ashburn area again next year, we will surely be back! Thank you, Malik and the entire staff for such a great experience!

About a 3.5: Fountain Grill is located in a plaza nestled off of George Washington Blvd - I came here for a group get-together for an early dinner. Besides their food and drink menu, they also have kid options as well as offers catering services. I tried: +the Fried Mozzarella - triangular-shaped mozzarella that were lightly hand-breaded, served with the house's marinara sauce - these were a tasty appetizer! Don't forget to ask for their house hot sauce, as it's a great complement +the Blackened Chicken Alfredo - linguini pasta with a housemade alfredo sauce and topped with grilled blackened chicken; the pasta was slightly overcooked, and I wished I had requested extra sauce, as the dish was a bit clumpy; the blackened chicken didn't really have much flavor to it, and it was overcooked and a bit dried out +an Arnold Palmer - half of their house brewed tea with lemonade; this was okay, but, personally, I wished it was a bit more sweeter and more tart; you do get unlimited refills, which was great I did try a couple of the 'famous green beans' that's a side; these were fresh and had a nice seasoning to it. For dessert, I tried a slice of their Banana Cake, which came with a raspberry drizzle; the size was pretty generous, but the cake slightly reminded me of the 'wetness' that you get from a tiramisu. Service was very welcoming and friendly, and the place itself really is cute - it gives off a neighborhood type of restaurant/eatery, where there seems to be regular flow of repeat patrons. I really liked that our group wasn't rushed, as we were there for quite some time! I'd be curious to try their other entrees and their burgers next time, as well as their HH specials. Plenty of parking in the large plaza lot. +Fried Mozzarella with hot sauce +friendly service! +plenty of parking

TLDR: Amazing food, service, and vibes! This is our guilty pleasure. This plaza is so quiet & beautiful. There are a ton of different businesses you can go to and THIS is our favorite restaurant. We LOVE coming here to sit outside and order TOO much food! Food (5/5): Always delicious! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Our favorite menu item is the Chicken Egg Rolls ($12.99). You get 2 egg rolls cut in half with a nice dipping sauce. The bowls are good, but don't expect some huge elaborate meal; we got the Chicken Bowl ($19.99) once and wouldn't get again just because it wasn't what we were expecting. We love the Blackened Chicken Alfredo ($18.99). The California Chicken Sandwich ($17.99) is a bit dry, but still really good. The Fountain Burger ($17.99) is delicious & a classic. Service (5/5): The service is always nice, though at times it feels like overkill. They want to make sure you're having a good time and the food is good, but sometimes (like last time), it was WAY too often. Every 3 mins, someone would come up to us asking if everything was good. We got a little uncomfortable, so we boxed up our food and left. Also, the music was off outside (not sure if there's ever any music), so it made sitting outside a little "off" too. Ambiance (5/5): Whether you sit inside or outside, it's a relaxing vibe. If you sit outside, you get to watch the parking lot with a fountain in front of it. Plenty of free parking too.

Fountain Grill is a new restaurant that just opened early 2023 and they are planning to launch a grand opening in the next several weeks. We were greeted immediately by who I think is the owner and they told us we can sit anywhere. There are about 10 tables and a bar area. No alcoholic drinks yet though, but they told me they just got their liquor license so drinks will be ready soon. We started off with the homemade mozzarella sticks and they were delicious! I do wish they were bigger or had a few more because it only had 4 small ones. However, it was crunchy and had that gooey cheese with the marinara sauce. I ended up ordering the cowboy burger with bacon, egg and an aioli. It was really good, the patty was so thick and the truffle fries were delicious as well. My husband enjoyed his burger with chorizo although he said he wish there was more chorizo. Both my kids also got a kids burger but they were the same size as the adults so it was worth it. Both my kids ate their burgers so quick and they usually take a long time. That says alot. I thought the portion sizes for burger and fries were good. For the burgers, I would like to see a little more seasoning for the patty. I am already planning to come back and try their salads and other sandwiches. They are still in soft opening so be kind while they were work on kinks. However they have alot of potential, especially when the bar opens, they will be busy.

FOOD/DRINK: 5/5 SERVICE: 5/5 AMBIANCE: 3/5 We've been hearing some great things about Fountain Grill (especially the cake) so we decided to give it a try! Don't let the "Americana" menu fool you, this place is SO GOOD. We were happily greeted and given menus quickly (you choose your seats). We ordered our drinks and decided on our food. I got the pork tenderloin ($14.99) and chose rice as my side, while hubby got the fountain burger ($15.99) with truffle fries. Food came out hot and perfectly timed (not too long, not too short). We ate our food and the owner (assuming) came out and asked how we learned about this place. As we were chatting, he offered us a slice of cake and we chose the banana cake. We appreciated that gesture, they didn't have to do that. Really nice people here!! FOOD: -Pork Tenderloin - absolutely the JUICIEST pork I've ever had!! apple sauce on top was a nice (and lovely) touch. the rice on the side was tender and yummy. -Fountain Burger - didn't try this burger but hubby deemed it as "delicious" -Truffle Fries - not too much truffle, dried parmesan was a nice touch, and crispy, yet soft!! -Banana Cake - the piece de resistance! lovely MOIST cake with delectable caramel sauce and a not-too-sweet frosting. GET THE CAKE. We will definitely be back!! (Note: Only gave them 3 on ambiance because it's a basic layout, paint, etc. but just don't let it sway you from coming here)

It's hard to get 5 stars from me, but the fountain grill came close. The location is across Rte 7 from Loudoun One near GW's Loudoun Campus. I heard of this place thru word of mouth. So last Friday, I finally coming from work meeting stopped for lunch. What a pleasant surprise. Currently, it has a nice pub atmosphere with booths and several tables. The barista not huge but probably meets their needs. Plus being an "end store" in this small restaurant space, they have outdoor seating. I sat at bar, and through initial interactions was being served by the owner / proprietor. What a nice guy. Anyway the menu is mostly pub type food, with a flare of steaks and seafood. I was informed the special was fish & chips. I went this route, and I was not disappointed. In fact, they should put it on their menu. Instead small pieces of processed cod/halock this was a nice large piece of fresh white fish. The fries were great. But my standout was the cole slaw. Wish I had more of that! I should also add, they brought out some mozzarella balls as a quick app. Very nice. Lightly fried and the Mariana sauce was very good. Overall a great lunch and obviously I'm not the only one. The place was probably 95% full. Lots of craft beers on tap and probably a great place to hang on a nice afternoon for a few cold brews. Highly recommend!

Decided to check out this place when I saw they have weekday happy hours. The staff are very friendly and before we even sat down they offered bacon strips for our Corgi, George. We sat outside on a lovely evening and took our time. We tried a sampling of their fried mozzarella. This was probably one of the best mozzarella I have ever had. Not too much coating and definitely not frozen. The cheese had a rich flavor which reminded me of Saganaki. It came with 2 great dipping sauces which definitely ensures another taste during our next visit. We got the boneless wings which were spicy and as I write this I am drooling from the memory. A great appetizer, again with not too much breading, but lots of flavor. I had the cobb salad which was incredible, with grilled chicken. Very generous and a treat. My wife had the chicken bowl with very good chicken meat. Great flavors all round. Happy hour means cheaper beers and I did enjoy the Solace beer I had. Lastly, we tried the banana cake, which was not too sweet and was wonderfully moist. Great sauces too. Overall, this is a newish place with a promising menu, fantastic staff and flawlessly executed meals. Check it out during their M-F happy hour which ends at 7PM, or visit any time, they will treat you with respect and make you feel very welcome.
