Had a plumbing emergency tonight, called 4 other plumbers who couldn't send someone out until later in the week before I found Clogbusters. They sent someone out right away, did an excellent job with a clog and an improperly installed pipe (installed by a different company), and they were very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend.

Emergency situation needed help. Trash and water was backing up in my walk in shower. The plumbing in the house was backed up. Clogbusters came in a timely manner as promised and worked diligently, with expertise, kindness and professionalism to fix my plumbing problems. I am grateful for service you can trust and for some preventative tips on the website.

Very, very bad service. When communicating with this company, I was disrespected and ignored. I asked for a simple quote and was met with demeaning responses implying I couldn't 'comprehend'. Not sure why you would attack the intelligence of someone trying to hire your company. Details: A plumber from this company, recommended by Select Home Warranty, came out for a "diagnosis" and literally did nothing for us. He didn't even bring tools to check the area. We asked hime for a quote for service, and he said he could not provide one – then he tried to say we might need to replace our whole system (mind you, he had not even examined the issue). We got another plumber to come help, and the issue was resolved within 30 minutes. We wasted our money with this plumbing company. I do not recommend at all.

My home warranty insurance contacted Clogbusters Plumbing to help replace my kitchen faucet. When I reached out to confirm the appointment, the technician couldn't confirm. When I left a message, a dispatcher would return the call, but not able to find the technician. If they don't want to take the job, they should tell the insurance company directly. It's a total waste of time dealing with this company.

I'm going to share my experience with John from Clog Busters. Some small foreshadowing is it was horribly unprofessional. My hot water heater stopped working and was put in as an emergency request. They came out the following day but the part that broke was under warranty so we had to reschedule after we got the part to replace it and they then double billed us for this visit. Me and my two roommates all work full time jobs so for our next visit I requested for him to call me so that depending on what time they could make it out would depend on which person would be here to meet the plumber. No one called me. Instead they apparently just showed up in the middle of the day while we were all working so no one was there. Still didn't call me. I called them later that day to see if they were still coming out. John informed me that I missed our appointment( that I didn't have )and they will have to try again tomorrow. I told him that I never got a call and that I need someone out as soon as possible because at this time we had been without hot water for a week. He told me that I missed my appointment which was my fault so no one would be out til tomorrow. I laughed at how unprofessional and how not customer friendly this company is for not even bothering to call. John then told me he wasn't going to show up ever and that he quits then hung up. He then refused my phone call by hanging up on me again. I have never been treated so poorly and am not one of those people who believe that the customer is always right but John and his company were in the wrong here. He couldn't even stomach an apology or any act of courtesy. Worst experience with a company that I've ever had. It worked out though since I found a new nicer and professional plumber to come out that same night John so rudely quit and hung up on me. Hope this helps you in the plumber decision making!

Do not use this business they are dishonest and very unprofessional! I called to get my water heater replaced as it was found leaking. At 8am, Wilber Kiggundo responded quickly and told me that he could fix it. He arrives with two workers. They shut my water off and remove the old one. 8 hours later and several supposed trips to Home Depot, it still isn't fixed. His workers sat around my garage the whole time. He then tells me that there is an unexpected leak in my wall and has to charge me extra AND he is unable to complete the job until the next day. He promises to come back the next day at 7am and demands that I pay him for the complete job, that is now more even more expensive than his original quote. I let him know that I cannot pay for an incomplete job. Meanwhile my complete water system is still shut off. I can't even flush my toilets or wash my hands. I call another plumber to complete the job. This new honest plumber let me know that there is no leak behind my wall. In addition, my water could have been turned on (so I could at least have cold water). The new plumber completes the job within a couple hours. Plumbers are like auto mechanics, you have to go to one that you trust. Otherwise, the dishonest ones will try to overcharge you and try to figure out ways to up charge you for additional work that isn't even needed. Wilber Kiggundo is a scam artist. Imagine getting your water shut off for a whole day that you are desperate enough to pay whatever it takes to get it fixed. His scam probably works on a lot of innocent people. Take your business elsewhere. Find a reputable company or get a referral from a friend. Avoid this guy and this company.

This place is a scam. You can't get a price quote because one they need to check it out, and two they want to come and do work and not tell you a price and then charge you a bunch of money upfront. This guy got to my place and I had actually just called him to say my toilet clog resolved itself. He insisted on coming in and checking it out to make sure nothing else was wrong, and I made the mistake of feeling bad that he came so far and let him in. When he got there, the toilet was already flushing fine. He stuck a rod down in there for no more than two minutes, shoved a bunch of toilet paper down the hole (no idea why), flushed, and repeated that twice. He did nothing else besides that and he worked for maybe 5-7 minutes maximum. I honestly assumed he wouldn't charge me anything maybe just the service fee, and I get hit with a $149 bill and he didn't tell me prior that that is what it was going to be. Honestly the guy tried to manipulate me by showing me $1000 bill he did for somebody previously, but my toilet worked fine when he got there and when he left. Take your business and money elsewhere, especially if you are a woman this guy will assume you don't know better and scam you. I tried to also reason with him to get the price down and he didn't budge. Very unhappy with my service

if I could give this company, no stars, I absolutely would. They came out to my house. I was at work so the technician called me and told me what it was gonna cost to have my drain done in the basement. $583.was the mid plan so I took it he got done said everything went perfect. I might have to buy a cover for my dream but all looks good and then sent me a bill for $583 which I paid promptly on my phone. That was August 5, August 14. My dream is backed up again. I called them and they said they read all the notes. My technician said there was a bunch of issues he had talked about which she did not and now they want to charge me $683 to come back out. I would never ever use this company again I called Holt plumbing and they're coming out tomorrow with a camera for $349. Never again!!!!

Called 'Wilber' around 10:30 pm for an emergency situation. Gave him my address and he told me he'd be over in an hour. Called Wilber back around 12:00am and Wilber claims he knocked on the front door and no one answered. I was home, no one ever knocked or even pulled into my driveway. Then he claimed he just couldn't find it. After spelling out the address for him, more than five times, he still claimed he couldn't find it. After another half an hour, he just stopped answering my phone calls. I have a feeling he never event left the office (or bed). With todays Google Maps, Waze and all the other million apps out there, I find it very hard to believe that he couldn't find a simple residential address. Don't advertise 24/7 services if you don't follow through.

I called Wilber K on a Saturday evening after I was unable to turn my shower off. He came to the house, said that he could not figure out the manufacturer (which as it turns out was right on the fixture), that even if he could he could not get replacement parts until Monday, and told me to turn the water off to my house. Then he charged me $300. I was new to the area and really freaked out, so I paid. Only in retrospect did it occur to me that he could have told me that over the phone. The repair, by another plumber, ultimately cost $576. What a rip off. Don't use them!

Dishonest business practices and did a less than thorough job. Charged 3 times the hours that they actually worked. After fighting hard with them and showing proof they couldn't deny they finally adjusted their price but not everyone would know they'd been scammed. Beware!

plumbing work was sub-par and leaks persist, did not respond to messages or calls. had to hire another company to fix issues they created. will not utilize their services again.

Jordan came in to fix an issue a handyman created. He was prompt and professional and got the job done.
