Chuck and Dory Jo at Cleveland Plumbing are top notch and the best in Cleveland. Their quick response times and reasonable rates are unbeatable. We’ll never use anyone else and if you’re using anyone other than Cleveland Pluming, you’re missing out.

Over the years, Chuck has replaced my water lines, unclogged lines, and done everything else plumbing ever needs. He’s always great to work with, does great work, and is a great guy. Highly recommended.

Came in and checked everything over before installing a new flange for us in one of our bathrooms, just a couple hours after we called him, he was don't in less than two hours(some pipes also had to be changed) and that includes his run to the store for some unexpected parts, was very polite and super kind to my dogs(my great Pyrenees would not leave him alone lol) I definitely recommend them, work was done right and quickly, he triple checked everything for leaks and even had me verify it as well. Prices are very fair and not over the top, we will definitely be calling them if anything else ever goes wrong.

Wow. Never showed up at an old lady's home to hopefully fix a really bad issue. No reason why, and appt was made. Really sad.

I called to see if I could get them out to my house and the lady who answered was the rudest person I have ever spoken to!

My hot water tank blew while I was on vacation. I came home to no hot water & my stove did not work. I thought I was out of propane so be I called Suburban. They came out & said I had enough propane. Then I suggested the hot water tank might be bad. When we went down where the tank was, water was spraying in all directions. So they shut off the propane & locked it down. I was told there was water in the propane line. I called a popular plumping company. They came out & to get a new tank it would have been $5,000. Then I talked about putting in a tankless heater. They quoted me $10,000. Since I am on a fixed income I literally cried. I said a prayer & went back to the internet to find someone else. Cleveland Plumbing jumped out at me. I called & told her my story & she said she would get right back to me. Within 20 min. he called. He said he would be over later that day. Guess what ? He actually showed up. He looked at the mess everything was in & I told him about the water in the line. He said he had only heated of that once. He gave me a quote for a tank & a tankless which was so much less then the Big Guys. He came back the next day & put in a tankless hot water heater. He was professional, clean & knowledgeable. He picked up after himself. He was amazing. I love my new tankless hot water heater. Thank you Cleveland Plumbing. Much love to you & your wife. 💙

Just seen his website, I can't believe it, found out he's still scamming without TN plumbers license that I reported couple of years ago to; Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance Davy Crockett Tower, 4thth Floor 500 James Robertson Parkway, Nashville, TN 37243 go on their website to verify license. COMPLAINT NO.: (Not allowed) RESPONDENT: Charles Forsythe STATUS: LETTER OF WARNING A letter of warning as the most appropriate determination in accordance with the laws and rules. To be a plumber in Tennessee, you must be licensed. Licenses are issued at both the state and local level. No business license, no Plumbers license, no tax ID, not reporting or paying taxes, no liability insurance, was in bankruptcy. Suggestion find a reputable licensed contractor, plenty out there, if you decide on this person, ask for his TN license number & all other legal documents, otherwise you will not be able to do anything but take him to court. A letter of warning from the TN commerce doesn't mean anything to him. Another complaint is on the way.

Cleveland plumbing is fantastic!!! If I could give him 100 stars I would!! I came home to no hot water. I have a 5yr old that loves her bath time! She said call the bathroom guy to see if he could fix it so I did! He came that evening when I got home from work... He looked at it and said its dead and had to replace the water heater. I told him I do not get paid till Friday and he out of goodness of his heart said he would purchase the water heater and install it the next day which was today.... And I could pay him when I get paid and that I could pay him labor charge on the next pay day! By the time i got home he already had it installed! I don't know of ANYONE that would do this for a customer! My daughter gave him a high five and is very excited for her bath time tonight! I am speechless for his kindness!!! Thank you kind sir!!! Well on 4/1 or4/2 came out to look at leak in tub faucet. Said had to order part would be by next mon or tues never showed up. Wife called wed. They said no openings till next wed. At about 230 wife called and he texted he had wrong part and was going to find one. Never heard a word so i put up one review he didnt like.i took it down but after his text to my wife i have put review back up here is text.Message from plumber this morning: I found the right part for your tub faucet. But seeing that your son left me a bad review on Facebook he can find you another plumber or fix it himself. Not my fault they sent me the wrong part. Sorry communication.

We have used Cleveland Plumbing for our plumbing needs in the past and the service was always great. Somehow I lost the contact number and when we had a pipe burst while out of town on Christmas night, we had an urgent need the next morning. By luck I picked someone off google and it turned out to be Cleveland plumbing. Chuck and his wife couldn't guarantee a same day visit. We appreciated the honesty. In the end they found a way to make it out, so we could have water again on the same day, when I am sure they were loaded with calls. I will never lose their number again and highly recommend Cleveland plumbing!

I Called Cleveland Plumbing on Friday Afternoon, after the Plumbing Company my Home Warranty Service had contracted cancelled on me. Cleveland Plumbing was recommended by a friend. Cleveland Plumbing was over within an hour, worked me in between his scheduled appointments. He was very professional, very nice, explained what he found, and fixed my problem. When their website says they are affordable--they mean it. I highly recommend them and will be using Cleveland Plumbing for all my needs, especially since I have now cancelled my Home Warranty Service. I feel this is an honest and trustworthy company.

We called Cleveland Plumbing one day over a year ago, when we had a substantial leak and had already called three more people, none of whom could come to fix it. Chuck was there in about an hour, fixed the problem, and we've used them many times since. We inherited faulty plumbing when we bought our house in 2017 (extremely brittle pipes) and have had a lot of random leaks. Chuck just completely re-plumbed the entire house, installed a new toilet and vanity, and did a great job without charging us a fortune. He's honest, trustworthy and very fair with pricing. Wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Wow - I got a live person to speak with and she right away scheduled an appointment for Chuck to come fix my leaky drain. Chuck made sure there were no leaks there and no leaks in my water lines, which he tightened as well. He asked if there were any other issues and I showed him my kitchen sink (leaks a bit when filled with water) and I could clearly see what the problem was when he pointed it out. SO when I’m ready with new counters & sink - I’m definitely going to call Cleveland Plumbing! So thankful to have dedicated people to be there when I need them!

Chuck from Cleveland plumbing was very professional, was on time and he had my kitchen garbage disposal installed, bathroom toilet leaks, and outdoor faucet working in the right place. I was so happy he knew what my problem was, he made me feel secure and confident I had the right man for the job. He was efficient, clean and didn’t leave me a mess to clean after. At one point, he had to leave to go get parts but he came back in appropriate time. I would definitely ask him back if I need any more plumbing issues recommend Chuck from Cleveland Plumbing.

Chuck IS my plumber and has been since we moved to Cleveland. He has done everything from new outside water lines, to new gas lines from outside/in for my new stove and gas logs. There's NOT a task I wouldn't let him complete. The latest job he completed was a Whole house water filtration system along with running a water line to a downstairs fridge. He is always fast, efficient and reasonably priced for the task's performed. If you are in need of any plumbing, sewer and Yes gas lines, Cleveland Plumbing is who you want to call.
