Very fast service. Same day I called, excellent service would definitely use them again. They worked all day in the pouring rain to replace the well pump in our rental house. Great service, Thank you so much Clearwater Well & Pump!
Had my well pump go out, two guys come quickly. I can only remember one’s name, Thomas, complete professional. He was knowledgeable, polite and hard working. Fair pricing on parts and labor, they even went back and double checked everything to make sure I got the best out of what this well can produce. If he’s due for promotion it should happen immediately. He gave great advice on what to watch for and wasn’t disparaging toward the existing equipment or companies that were there before him. They have earned Clearwater my business.
I called in as a bit of an emergency because our whole house was without water. Dan was able to get a crew out to us incredibly quickly and they did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem, which was a failed pressure tank. Both men were very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated their fast and courteous service, a job well done, and my water restored!
Dan, the owner, visited the site on short notice and discussed the installation of a new 500 ft well pump and line from the well head to a barn and the installation of a pressure tank and 3 outside hydrants and the electrical requirements and assorted other bits for a complete installation. This is my first well installation so I had a lot of questions. Two employees arrived about a week later and did the installation. It was a full days job but went quickly and efficiently. Everyone could not have been friendlier or more easy to work with. They went out of their way to explain the procedures as they worked. This was one of the largest expenses I had in the construction process so price really mattered to me. I got 3 bids on the installation. The first was outrageous and the 2nd seemed more normal but still too high for my budget. I considered trying to do it myself but thought I would try one last time to find a professional. I called Clear Water after a google search and never looked back. From beginning to end they were excellent. And I’m glad I didn’t try doing it on my own. I would highly recommend them.
ClearWater Well & Pump has provide excellent service for us this year. Bought an older house in the summer and they have been helping us get the well back in tip top shape. They are very efficient workers and reasonably priced. They are a great resource of knowledge aswell. Would absolutely recommend!
