Excellent Company. January 2024 They have rescued us again with a new water heater and faucet. Thank you ClearWater! The best experience I have had with a business in a long time. Great local company. I’ve been calling Billy and the team for all my plumbing needs (sprinklers, installing a winter-proof outside hose) since I moved into my first house last year, and they have taken good care of me. They communicate well, so I understand what needs to be done and what I should be aware of, and they’re always happy to pick up the phone to answer any questions for their customers even after completion of a project. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs in the area.

ClearWater Plumbing team is awesome. Nick showed up in response to an emergency water heater replacement at my house. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

Wow! $200 for "Check Water Heater" This company just showed up with out me confirming a day or time! I wasn't even home!!! My wife was home and she was totally caught off guard as well! They were in the house tops 15 minutes to supposedly check my water heater. They don't give you any prices or estimates when you ask. They will slap you with a $200 bill just for showing up. In my case unannounced. Ridiculous!! Oh and they did a no call no show on a day that I did confirm a time a date. Wish my experience was the same as the rest of the reviews!! I will definitely not use this shady company ever again. Be aware.

This company is fantastic! It started with Shelly answering the phone and talking us through the issue of our hot water tank crapping out. She asked for photos of the tank data plate so that she could get her tech Nathan working on a replacement. She called back and advised the tank we had was more expensive and asked if we wanted the same tank or one that was less expensive. Then Nate arrived and worked quickly and efficiently to make sure I could have a hot shower tonight. No upsells, no emergency call out fees, nothing but the cost of the tank and labor. She also advised that there was a great coupon on their website and offered it on our total bill. WHO DOES THAT??? Shelly does and Nate fixes things right and I have hot water!! All this service 5 hours from the initial phone call.

A reliable plumber is hard to find, but I think I’ve found my forever plumber in ClearWater Plumbing. I had a leaking toilet, freezing pipes, and a sink that was backing up and flooding the kitchen. They came within a day to assess the situation and scheduled the repairs immediately. Billy and Nathan were very professional and polite. They have done amazing work fixing everything I asked. I would like to also mention that no other plumber has helped me find a way to keep the pipes from freezing. Billy and Nathan are the first plumbers to help. ClearWater Plumbing’s work is impeccable and their customer services/communication is amazing.

I called Clearwater very late on a Thursday when water was coming up from our sewer line into our basement, and they adjusted their schedule and came early Friday morning to help. Clearwater inspected our sewer line with a camera and found tree roots penetrated the line. We discussed our options, and I opted to have them jet and clear our sewer line so we could take showers, use our bathroom, etc. until we could save up for the longer-term repair. I'm thankful they prioritized my emergency.

Billy was really responsive and helped get our pipe repaired after it burst and flooded our basement this past weekend. It was an urgent situation and they were able to come out the next day. Nathan upgraded to a more flexible pipe and had other recommendations to prevent future leaks. We felt comfortable having them come back the next day to repair our water heater too. They did a great job in both visits.

I live in an older Colorado home and need some plumbing repairs and updates. I recently had a conversation with Billy. He offered to take a look at our place, provided us with an outline of which repairs are priorities and what might be needed in the future. His step by step approach allowed me not to feel overwhelmed with this project. He sets a fair price and is easy to communicate with.

Clear Water employees did a phenomenal job assisting, supporting, and implementing a new system within my home. They were efficient and professional, and explained everything in detail as they completed each task. Follow up was clear and concise and I understood how my money was spent and utilized. Would recommend to anyone needing or wanting a hands on experience for their plumbing needs.

They were on time, didn’t leave a mess in my house when they were finished and taught me things about my house and it’s plumbing that I never would have known otherwise. Best customer service we have ever received from a plumber!! They are polite and professional, respond quickly, do an EXCELLENT job and have great rates. After suffering from multiple plumbing issues in the past and then having additional issues from those plumbers, it is so wonderful to find someone so good!!

Very impressed with this company. I deal with repair technicians frequently and appreciated how responsive and professional these guys were. They even spotted and fixed a separate issue not in their original scope of work to make sure our washer/dryer were functioning correctly. Will definitely use them again!
