I highly recommend CLE Plumbing for boiler and radiator problems. Josh, the owner spent time fixing several issues with my boiler and several of my radiators. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain what needs to be done and why. He is very experienced with older homes and knows how to fix the problems. He provided excellent customer service and great follow-up. I am very grateful. We will definitely call CLE plumbing when the need arises.

CLE Plumbing does amazing work! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable . . . and truly went beyond the call of duty to deal with our very old plumbing 'situations'. Josh came highly recommended by neighbors, so when my 12-year-old sump pump finally died, I had him replace it. He was courteous, explained everything well and his rates were very reasonable. All was good for about a week and then something backed up in the system and it stopped working. Josh came out on a Saturday at no extra cost and spent 3 hours attempting to fix/diagnose the issue. Josh wouldn't leave until he was satisfied that he fixed the problem. He checked all the lines between the street and house, took the pump apart, and ultimately ended up replacing everything. Along the way, Josh explained everything he was doing and what he thought might be the problem at each step. We never determined 100% as to what the ultimate issue was, but everything is working well now. Josh stands behind his work and goes above and beyond for his customers. Very highly recommended.

It is difficult finding a plumbing company you can trust, particularly if you know nothing about it. I can't speak highly enough about CLE. Having an older home, I have used them 3 times now. Their work is exceptional. This day was particularly long for Josh. He kept my appointment anyway and completed the job, drain cleaning and garbage disposal installation. I am beyond satisfied with the job he did. He tackled the job like it was the first of the day, instead of the last after a long day. In terms of value, plumbing is going to cost what it costs, depending on what's being done. Knowing I have used a company I trust is value-added and gives me peace of mind. i could not recommend this company enough, through our years of owning an old home in shaker, they’ve been the most honest and reliable people we trust for some of the old plumbing things that have popped up. Josh also saved us thousands when we first moved in because a larger chain was telling us we needed to remodel to fix a pipe issue, when Josh just knew old homes and how to get to the pipe without having to do any major damage and remodel like the other company said. Since, We have used them a handful of times and other minor things… they are the kindest! Jason, Josh and Mary: we could not thank you enough for being a gem of a company!

They also gave me the option of repairing the existing antique system, not just insisting on tearing out and replacing with new. It is clear they are able to work on old houses with a delicate touch if requested, or completely renovate. Their prices are fair and reasonable and after owning houses for 20 years and working with a lot of plumbers I can confidently say that this is the best plumbing available in Cleveland.

Recently had a water heater installed by CLE Plumbing and I was very happy with the service. The cost was also very reasonable given the other 2 quotes we received. Coincidentally, the next day we had a gas leak at the meter in our basement which needed repair at one of the joints near the meter (Dominion had to turn off the gas to the meter). Josh was able to accommodate us the next day to fix it as well as do another small job I had requested--both for a very reasonable price. That was on a Friday and his last job of the day was at 9:00 pm installing a water heater. I highly recommend!

This was my first time using CLE plumbing since Joshua opened his store and has his plumbers taking jobs like the one I called for. Although it took time to get scheduled, I was really happy with the way the scheduler worked together with me and got the right plumber out to get a reverse osmosis system installed and working without glitches. Brian is a really talented plumber and works quickly. My building is almost 100 years old so the plumbing can be finicky. Their labor is warrantied and they really care about getting the job done correctly. Thanks CLE :)

Dominion Energy detected a gas leak in my house at 5:00 in the evening and shut off my gas. We were left with no heat or hot water on a cold night. Luckily, I found CLE Plumbing and Josh was able to come out that night. He quickly assessed the situation and came up with a practical action plan. He identified the source of the leak and repaired it in just a little more than an hour. Josh did not take advantage of my tough situation. He charged a fair price and was professional. I recommend keeping these guys on speed dial.

CLE Plumbing was very prompt in returning our call about a heating boiler in our home. We had a call back within an hour or so. And they were able to service/repair the boiler issue that same day Joshua was very helpful in explaining the problem and even pointed out another issue he found. He had the boiler back in service within 2 hours or less. The cost of this service was very fair. I highly recommend this family owned and very professional company for any of your plumbing or heating boiler needs

I have had to call CLE plumbing 2 times in the past few months - once for a clogged drain (pulled out candle size piece of wax....) and fixed out bathtub faucet that would turn off. Jason (the other Josh in CLE plumbing who is AWESOME) came each time and was personable, professional and didn't mind explaining what went wrong and what he was doing to fix it - I'm a curious person and like to know how things work. I will continue recommending and using CLE plumbing - extremely fairly priced!

CLE Plumbing is THE BEST! They came to our house to do a diagnostic on outside pipes when simultaneously our basement flooded because of a broken boiler pipe. They dropped everything and jumped into the repair of the boiler pipe, knowing that the cold weather was coming and we were going to need to heat our house. They went beyond and above duty and were professional and cheerful every step of the way! We love these guys! Awesome job, Josh, Mary Ellen, Brian and Austin!
