Classic Plumbing Solutions

We had a leaking pipe under our bathtub. We had 2 other plumbing companies come out and evaluate the problem. Both of them said they would have to come back at a later date because it was a problem that they would need more time to complete. One of them never came back and the other one returned saying it would be $1800. I sent him away. We called Classic Plumbing and they fixed it. It was a big job but the plumber saved us alot money by not having to tear out the vanity in the other bathroom that was behind the tub. He did a great job and did the job for half of what Townside Plumbing was going to charge. Thank you Classic Plumbing for hiring competent, personable guys that care about the customer.

It was time to replace a 24 year old water heater. I have used Classic Plumbing Solutions several times before and was always satisfied with the service they provided me. This time was no exception. They educated me about my choices and worked within my budget. They arrived at the agreed upon time ready to work, completed the installation, and cleaned up within two hours. Before leaving they reviewed use and maintenance of my new water heater with me. I'll continue to use Classic Plumbing Solutions for my plumbing needs and recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I had what I thought was a small issue, that then turned into a BIG issue. I called Classic one evening and they got back to me the very next day super fast. I scheduled something, but turns out that it leaked much faster. They called me back after hours just to check on me, then came to visit me the next day! I needed significant repairs to multiple valves in my house (toilet valve, under sink valves, shutoffs to both hoses, and a repair to the main water shutoff valve to my house). The main shutoff was in a very awkward spot, but they were able to repair it with no problems. John was also very friendly, answered all my questions, and didn't talk down to me, explaining everything they did and why. Very trustworthy and I am highly satisfied.

After 17 years it was time to get a new hot water heater. It just so happened I ran into Brandon Sturgill over Thanksgiving and the conversation led to his new job at Ostrom. It was perfect timing to ask him about hot water heaters and he convinced me to look no further than Ostrom for a new one. Sure enough I called Ostrom several days later and spoke to "Grace". Grace is a very charming artificially intelligent techno robot that actually functions like a real human being. "She" efficiently scheduled a service call for me for that very day. Sure enough, I received a follow up text from Tyson, a real live professional plumber, who came by my house and answered all my questions about a new hot water heater. Two days later, as scheduled, he and Eli came and installed the new heater, removed the old one, and in no more than an hour were finished. The new heater looks great and we now have the peace of mind knowing we have many years ahead to enjoy it. Thanks again to Brandon, Grace, Tyson, Eli, and Amanda for their excellent service!! Ostrom is a 5 star company!

I had a faucet replaced by Alan. He was great! Renee at the office is always wonderful to work with. I use them for all my plumbing needs. Reasonably priced and a company I can trust! Highly recommend!!!!
