I can not say enough good things about the service I received from Clarksville Plumbing!!! It was the day after Christmas and the water would not turn off in my bathroom sink. The cut off valves were seized and basically my faucet was falling apart because it was over 23 years old. I made a call and a wonderful and very knowledgeable technician named Rick came to my rescue! He got my cut off valves and my faucet replaced in no time at all. He was able to fix a very bad and scary situation in no time at all.

I had a wonderful experience with Clarksville Plumbing, from booking by phone with Conner and getting an appointment the following morning, to the outstanding service provided by Rick and Tyler. After telling me upfront the cost (very reasonable and fair), they replaced my Moen bathtub faucet and recaulked the whole area, including gaps that had been left open previously that should have been closed. They took care of everything. They were kind, professional, efficient, neat, and responsive. Rick asked if I had any other plumbing questions while I was there, which was great because I did have some questions that he answered with the knowledge base of his thirty years of experience. I *highly recommend* Clarksville Plumbing and will call them again whenever we need any plumbing services.

A clogged sink - or clogged anything - can be a real pain. Previous plumbers have snaked the sink, yet weeks or months later, another clog would form. Clarksville Plumbing came not once, but twice within 24 hours to assess the issue and provided successful advice, as well as reasonable, detailed explanations for why the sink was constantly clogged. Mr. Rick and Mr. Tyler worked great together, quickly identifying the problem and implementing solutions, putting an end to our headache. They also fixed our leaking shower head, which was a huge plus. Bio Clean has become a dear friend of our pipes and Clarksville Plumbing the best plumber we've used to date. A special thank you to Rick and Tyler for responding to my emergency plumbing needs. They arrived to install a toilet supply line in my guest bathroom. After the installation, they made sure the toilet was working properly. Rick and Tyler were professional, focused on their work and provided information that will be helpful to me if there are future plumbing problems. Rick was especially helpful by identifying the main water line in my home. He showed me the direction that the lever should be turned if there is a home flood. We've had Rick and Tyler over for a couple different projects now and they've been great. Both very respectful and honest. I appreciated when there was a piece left unsecured, Tyler owned up to it and fixed it immediately and didn't try to downplay it or give excuses. We're very happy with the work they've done (replacing all the toilets in our house as well as a couple other odd jobs). I also really appreciate that I've been able to get several free estimates on work we want done. Other companies wanted $100+ just to give an estimate.

We have been having drainage issues with both the toilet and the bath tub. It’s an old house so work had to be done with care to prevent the possibility of breaking one of the pipes. Richard is clearly very experienced. He knew immediately how to tackle the problem. By the time he was done drainage was full restored. While Richard worked on the drainage, his assistant, Tyler batalles a new toilet. Both jobs were done expertly well and most efficiently. I’m very happy and will be calling back when I need plumbing work.

Water heater blew when temperatures were around 20 degrees at night in February. Our furnace also uses water heating. So no house heat or hot showers for family of five with three kids. Relied on space heaters and bucket showers. Rick & Tyler came same day to repair a 12-year old, non-standard, worn out heater. It worked for 6 hours and died again. Rick came back quickly and advised a new heater. He ordered a replacement heater and installed it quickly, immediately it got delivered to my house. Great service and great guys.

I had a great experience with Clarksville Plumbing. I was having issues with my sump pump and noticed a burning smell, so I called and was able to get a very quick appointment. Rick Wright and Tyler came out and immediately diagnosed the problem as an overheating motor. They replaced the sump pump on the spot, and the whole process took about an hour. They were professional, honest, and very efficient. Both were also friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

As a small buisness owner , I have relied on Clarksville plumbing a few times to help support my buisness. The owner Jake , tech Brandon , Rick and office manger Connor and Tyler are the individual I personally know and they are top notch!! Not only have they fixed mistakes made by myself such as punctured water lines etc.. , I have worked side by side with them on several construction projects. They are knowledgeable, easy to work with , Competent and fun . I would highly recommend thier service!!

Rick was Awesome With installing our Toilet! He gave us suggestions on with Toilet is best for our household. All Toilets not Good Toilets! He was very professional, Efficient, with a Great Attitude! Excellent service all around. Rick and Tylar responded quickly to fix a leak, arrived on time, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They were both professional and easy to work with the repair was completed efficiently, and the area was left clean afterward. We have also used them while finishing our basement and they have been consistently reliable every time. Pricing was fair and everything is working perfectly now. Highly recommend!
