It was almost trippy how fast he arrived, fixed my clog, and left. Brandon came no later than 15 minutes after I called them and got the job done for a reasonable price. I’ll be coming to this company again for any of my plumbing needs.
A star for showing up, albeit 24mins late, and fixing the pipe. For the price (more on that later) I would expect more professionalism (the technician routinely used profanities) and attention to detail. Brandon caused damage to the wood and claimed it was due to it being soft wood and wear/tear of a product just installed and that was after I expressed not wanting to shave down the wood. He also left the pex pipe dangling and I had to request a better presentation and it's still not ideal. The poor presentation was done because it was easier not because it was best for the client. The tech was ill prepared and caused water to leak onto the floor, thankfully it was an unfinished area. Analyzing the invoice via AI even came back with a reply that the pricing was high for the material and work conducted. I guess I should be happy about the "2 year warranty" 🤷♀️.
Doesn’t commit to appointments and then ghost you. Don’t believe the bot 5 star comments. Dude is unprofessional and bad business
Had a sump pump installed March 2024. Then in January 2026 the pipe to the sump pump came apart. Seems the submersible sump pump dropped down some causing the separation. Has been hard to get in contact with this plumber. Was told twice he would come out and both times was a no show. I have called 6 times and also texted trying to get ahold of him and nothing. Buyer BEWARE! Not worth the headache later!!
Worst experience ever. Don try to contact these guy(Brandon Clark's). Call him for a water heater problems. He Answer and come really quick just to get the job.He change the elements in my water heater and water heater just work for half day. Try to contact him by diferents way and don't respond. Even he tell you and send you invoice that said 1 year warranty it is absolutely scam.
